Could have been a touch friendlier considering I rolled in with a bike that needed love, perhaps they are more geared towards high end sales than low end repairs..Service once someone had established eye contact was swift and follow up contact polite and prompt. Effective repairs (as far as I can tell)4 stars as the bike went in one wheel half deflated, and came out with the same so I couldn't ride it home - valued added care! (And it had a health check!) - it's the little things.

Broadwater shop Cant align brakes or bleed them. Can't route wires or cables correctly.Had to result in fixing bike myself after they failed.Rude to my Son when he asked for help.Goring shop sold my son incompatable parts sold him some more bits. That were still incompatable. Wouldn't take them back.Ashington shop fantastic when buying bikes great freindly service. Incapable of fixing my brakes.Look around good cheaper mechanics about.Just think how well owner could do if his staff didn't let him down

Best bike shop by far. They have done two small jobs for me recently and no charge. I know bike shops where they would charge for the same work. Very very pleased indeed. I'll be recommending South Downs Bikes to everyone. Thanks guys.

Tim's customer service was excellent, and his team was great. Managed to fix my Stumpy brakes, and setup up my new bike on the same day.. Keep up the good work!

This bike shop is simply amazing - I have had great service a number of times. I just had a mechanical ahead of a ride on a bank holiday where they were open limited hours and they sorted me out the same day - AMAZING! They know their stuff.
