Got my son a full tracksuit for £80 he loves it

Hello, is there anyone who has had their uterus removed?? What experience do you have?

I love shopping at york outlet.Exploring shops makes me feel happy, specialy when staff are friendly, but only adidas staff make me feel disspointed, making me feel not welcome in the shop, and theres no one in the counter, some staffs just do chitchats and i need to wave my hand before they come and see me.. I can understand if shop is busy, but its not even busy, Then When paying, they just scan my item, and waiting for payment, i ask him if i can use my member app to scan it but he just told me like its too late for me to use it, SADwell didnt have the chance to ask for his name, HIS not even friendly anyway... i guess u need to train your staf how to be friendly ❤

I came to this store 01/07/23 at 11:45am to purchase two pairs of trainers and return two pairs which I’d bought online. One of the pairs were faulty, the insole had come away inside and blistered my 3 year olds toes. I was served by a manager named Emily at the York Outlet store. She made me feel like I had had the trainers for months. She kept asking me how long I’d had them even though I had the online invoice and I’d only had them 3 days! She was PATRONISING, UNSYMPATHETIC, IMMATURE and RUDE. I felt humiliated. She had to get another manger to see if I could return the trainers whilst she was looking at me like a piece of dirt! No apology for the inconvenience and pain caused to my three year old. I will never shop in this store again. Not what I expect from Adidas. I always buy my children’s trainers from here and never had any problems before. Emily desperately needs some customer service training!!

Usually quite pleasant, but on this occasion dealt with by quite a patronising lady who wasn't very helpful and more concerned with moving onto the next customer. You can be helpful without the I've worked 40 hours here every week for the past 2 years and I know we've never sold that""

Excellent store with lovely staff. Nice array of clothing aswell at an excellent price. We specifically went for Arsenal clothing, and they had what we needed. They even applied 10% discount.

Very disappointing. Adidas outlet always used to carry a lot of very good discounted stock. I always used to walk out with at least 1 or 2 items. But now, nothing.
