I had 3 locks fitted from Nick today. He was very professional from start to finish and very knowledgable. The service I received from Ed's locks was first class all the way through from the first contact to the follow up after my fitting.Would highly recommend and will certainly use in the future.

I stumbled across this business on google after needing a few vans secured for an important client of mine. Very happy with the quality, efficiency and professionalism of this business. Albeit located in Loughborough they travelled to Southampton to carry out the fittings. Will no doubt be using their services again very soon.

Fantastic experience from start to finish.Great email communications with Les, who was very helpful and took the time to reassure me re the method of the install and the fact that the cut metal would be sealed/wiped down etc. Having spent a lot of money on restoring areas blighted by rust, I was keen to ensure that whoever fitted the locks wasn't going to leave exposed metal behind the lock barrel to rust out. The Ed Lock Team, sealed and wiped down everything, very pleased with the care and attention taking to get this right for me.They come to you, and they provided me with a rough idea of time that the fitters would arrive, and kept me updated both the day before and on the day when the ETA changed.Sam arrived with another couple of gentlemen from the Ed Lock Team. All three were professional and friendly and Sam did a fabulous job of installing deadlocks to all doors on the van.The van is a 1994 Mercedes Vario, so not exactly 'new', and interestingly the age/model caused concern for other lock fitters I had reached out to initially, but Sam was knowledgeable and all locks were fitted without issue.The finish is great, very tidy inside and out and most importantly they work well (smooth locking action) and the van's now extra secure!Very happy with all aspects of the service and would highly recommend to anyone looking to fit extra locks to their vehicle, especially if it's an older vehicle, as these guys know what they're doing.

Five star service from contacting them to installation. We needed two hook-locks fitted to the cab doors of our motorhome. Checked reviews of a few companies and decided on calling Ed-Lock. From the first phone call, to the emails with information and then the install they were fantastic. Staff take pride in the job they complete and full of knowledge.Please note they have moved to The Wheat Shed on Wysall Rd Costock LE12 6XQ,as well as mobile technicians.Honestly this company is top notch.

Thanks to Joe and Adrian at Ed - Lock, these guys made the process so easy from booking to the install, happy I went for hook locks which were recommended by Joe as they give extra peace of mind when I have to park my van away from my house at night. Adrian the fitter is such a happy and friendly guy and did an excellent job on the install and explaining how to maintain the locks so they last for years.Thanks guys really happy with the service, will definitely recommend and use again.Luke.

Had 2 beacons fitted to two vans. Engineer rang ahead to advise on time of arrival. All fitted to my requirements and did a really good job with the switch location.
