I got three quotes and picked BDG not just because they were the cheapest, but because they were the friendliest too. The salesman took his time to take us through the options. Once ordered they stuck to the time frames given and came on the day and at the time they said. I’m really pleased with the finished job, thoroughly recommend BDG!

An excellent double glazing company. Have used them twice now in different projects their standard of materials and work is outstanding.Other double glazing companies are not as careful or precise in their finish. Best always does an outstanding job and when visitors compliment the double glazing you know its good!An easy recommendation without a doubt.

I don't know where to start. It's a good quality company for double glazing .I've known this company for the last 20 years .They are very punctual, the owner is very polite, the staff is very good. Compared to others the pricing is very reasonable and affordable. Their job is very clean and tidy as one of my houses they worked on 20 years ago is still in the same condition, brand new. This company should be used for double glazing windows and doors. Once again they are amazing at their job with no complaints. People should definitely use this company.

Got my windows/doors replaced 2 years ago, friendly team came and did all the work. I’ve since been having problems with doors not closing, window lock broken, letterbox changing to yellow colour, seals changing yellow. I’ve been contacting them for over a year and have been given false promises every time saying someone will come out and check. They were very efficient until money was paid but the after sales is ridiculous.

I used this company in June 2022. I had a patio door with windows supplied and fitted. In less than a year the lock to one of the windows stopped working. I can't open the window. I have contacted the company several times but they never attend booked appointments. Its been 2 months and I keep getting lies after lies. I'm now pursuing the matter through trading standards. Also they say they are FENSA registered but I've yet to receive FENSA certificate.This is an updated review as of 12 July 2023. After complaining above, the company finally came round and fixed the window.

Good at getting the work done. Poor at following up on adjustments. Unsure if staff have difficulty with contacting customers however, some real training needs to enforced there. Christ.....
