Seen so many good reviews but was concerned about deliver as very rarely home. Read their delivery conditions and decided to order a smallish amount (45 rats/mice) late on a Thursday to get delivery on Monday. Goods arrived as planned frozen solid and the quality is second to none. Will no longer order from anywhere else and the next order will be bigger. Thanks

My partner and I drove 1.5 hours from wiltshire to buy our bearded dragon.I can honestly say hand on heart that it has been one of the best experiences that I have had in an exotic pet shop.Extremely knowledge and very helpful.No pushy sales tactics or being rushed.I recommend anyone who is looking to buy an exotic pet to take the trip wherever you are to Ridgeway exotics.Thanks again guys!

Always amazing service, really friendly staff that are always happy to answer any questions big or small. The owner was welcoming and even gave us a insulation bag to keep our tarantulas warm on the journey home. I am very new to the invert club but these guys will make you feel at home and guide you the best they can. The selection of Tarantulas are really good too. Would 100% recommend this place if you've never been. 11/10 :)

I live in Bournemouth and order my frozen Rats mice and bedding from Ridgeway. My order arrives quickly and everything is as I would expect. The prices are better than the local reptile shops. There is only one small issue is there is not always the size rats I need. However I will order the next size down or up accordingly. I don't believe you would get better elsewhere and I have shopped around. Well done guys and Simon of course.

While I can't say I've been in person[yet!] I use their frozen food service online for my snakes and I've never had an issue, they're always well packed, frozen solid - even when I wasn't home for a delivery until a few hours later!The food is also a good size and comes with a good variety in the gram range, which means I can pick a good sized one for my snakes

I used there app to purchase reptile food as I had been having problems with other places for frozen reptile food. The order arrived stone cold and frozen solid. From start to finish I had no issues at all and it was all very easy and straightforward. The staff on the phone were really friendly and very helpful. I won't be going anywhere else other than here from now on.
