His expertise and dedication in fixing our boiler were remarkable and it definitely made a huge difference in our daily lives. I am truly impressed with the quality of his work and his professionalism throughout the entire process. The boiler man's attention to detail and thoroughness in the repair work was exceptional and it left us feeling confident that our boiler is in good hands. George has done two fairly big jobs on our house. We had serious problems with the hot water system and the central heating, stemming from an obsolete central heating pipe system with inadequate radiators and a historic bodged bathroom water system.George analysed the causes and his work has resulted in a warm house that heats up quickly and a water system that supplies hot water promptly without wasting large amounts of water.This was not cheap, but he uses quality parts and equipment to achieve the desired result. The disruption to the house was minimal because he is very efficient and competent. He does the job as agreed, removes waste and leaves the house clean and habitable.Highly recommended

Attended appointment on time, give a price for the work(new system required as old boiler was 25 years oil), arrived on time and all work was completed in one day.A neat and tidy worker and I would recommend him and use him again if needed.

I rang Boiler safe to get a price for new boiler for my daughters, George ask me to send photos of location of boiler and building. He rang me with a price on Friday which I was happy with and fitted new boiler the following Tuesday. As I am based in N Ireland we appreciate the great communication and seamless installation. The boiler was installed on time, swiftly and efficiently. George is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, very professional and above all is concerned that customers are satisfied and happy. I liked the way in which he sent text messages confirming that he was on his way and his estimated time of arrival. After the job he texted to make sure that there were no problems and cheerfully answered any queries that I had. He left the work space immaculate. I thoroughly recommend Boiler Safe. Had full system installed (and removal and clearance of old forced air system) in 2 days (others had quoted a week). Didn't have to leave house - minimum mess and disruption, the house was left clean and tidy throughout. Fully accommodating of our changing requirements and good communication leading up to the work. Had 11th hour issue with the boiler but George went above and beyond to get it sorted that evening. Outstanding service, would (and have) recommended to anyone. Professional, friendly, and top quality work.

George was very friendly and professional and I'm very happy with the job he did. Our central heating is now running smoothly again. What also really impressed me was that he checked in a day later to ensure all was working well and supplied a very thorough breakdown of all work carried out with a full service record (including photos showing what he'd done).I would definitely recommend.

I have used George on three separate occasions and he is absolutely fantastic. He is the most reliable tradesman I have had the pleasure of using. His communication is second to none and he provides honest impartial advice. On this occasion he serviced my boiler and he did not disappoint. I wouldn't use anyone else and highly recommend him.

George is lovely guy, very professional and goes above and beyond with his work. He came out pronto when we had a leak, removed a back boiler within the ground floor chimney breast and installed a new boiler in the attic. Timescale to do the work was great and prices very reasonable. I would agree with previous comments that he's honest and reliable, we wouldn't go anywhere else for anything boiler related.
