No what their doing when it comes Nissan engines, highly recommend

I have been having constant DPF issues with my Nissan NP300, took it to multiple Nissan dealers only to have shortly driven it to experience the exact same issue again! I this company in desperation to get this issue resolved and arranged a day for my vehicle to be dropped off and looked at, Suzanne was very informative over the phone. I dropped off my car to be looked at, within a weeks time I was given a phone call telling me my car is all ready to pick up, when I went to pick the vehicle up Desmond gave me strong advice on how to prevent the issue from recurring and told me this happens more often than not. Couldn't have asked for a better service amazing customer support and I highly suggest anybody to come to this company if they're having any faults with their Nissan.

Brought my 2015 Nissan Navara to the owners of this company after speaking with them, tried to help me get it diagnosed elsewhere first, so that it would be easier for me as I don’t live particularly close to their place of work, but when I did bring it to them they had it fixed within a week. Through this they gave me constant updates and treated me with respect, would definitely reccomend

This man name Des and his wife are scam artist I paid them over 8 months now for an engine which I never got, I have all the wire transcript and documents here to prove so, could someone tell me how to go.about getting in contact with the authority so the can arrest this man and his wife for fraud. I need my money back. I don't want to come.to.the UK because it won't be nice I work too hard for my moneynad if it had no star I would have rated them there, they are too dishonest.

Last month they helped my mechanic out in Reading over the phone with info on replacing injectors and torque settings on a Nissan Xtrail T30 2.2dci after developing a nasty injector knock.The lady answering the phone was super kind with her knowledge and time and allowed my mechanic to quickly get through the problems and get me back on the road.Life savers, thank you so much!

SCAM SCAM SCAM.. If I could give no stars I would!!!!Sent them an engine 7 weeks ago, they “fixed it”, sent us an invoice of £1800 which we paid and now they are refusing to send the engine back to us. We've either had no contact from them or when we do we have had excuse after excuse. After 6 weeks of going back and forth I finally contacted the fraud team and all a sudden we had this wave of contact from them but, turning tables saying that they now refuse to send the engine because we’re the ones trying to scam them… THE ABSOLUTE AUDACITY. Des and Suzanne are awful people and will give you any old excuse to make you believe them and I am absolutely disgusted that they do this to innocent people.I really wish we did some more research as since this has happened, I have spoken to and saw over 10 other cases very similar to ours :(

Fantastic helpful people. Rare in motor repairs. Especially compared to main dealers. See their youtube channel. Des seems to enjoy explaining all things engine.Not sure why some guy in another COUNTRY is slagging them and saying he is buying an ENGINE all the way from the UK. Think about it.
