From start to finish DLG provided a flawless service, supported by excellent communication at every stage, via text, telephone and the app. The repair was completed quickly and the our car returned exactly when they said it would be. All the staff I dealt with were courteous and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

Excellent service! All staff I interacted with were great, polite, helpful and I was kept informed every other day of works & progress. They really were super efficient & a pleasure to deal with. A great example of excellent customer care & professional in their trade.

After a significant amount of damage to my RAV4, which involved entire tailgate, bumper and tow bar replacement, the car was returned in three weeks and was a quality repair. For the amount of damage, the time taken was reasonable. Admin staff are polite and personable and efficient. The car was returned immaculately clean inside and out.

Excellent service from this company. Repair required after an accident. Once my car was picked up, I was kept informed of the progress of the repair. When returned back, the car had been cleaned inside and out. Would definitely recommend.One slight issue to mention though, (hence 4 stars, not 5), is that I was informed via text early on a Friday morning, that the car was ready to be returned, and for me to call to arrange a delivery time that day. I rang, but was told that it apparently wasn't ready yet despite the text, but someone would call later to advise drop off time. However I heard nothing until the following Monday. The lady on the phone on Friday gave the impression that the automated text is often incorrect. This obviously needs to be looked into going forward. Hence why I felt it necessary to mention this. It wasn't really a problem, but not really liking the hire car I was using, I was disappointed to be having to use it for a few more days!

There was some confusion between DLG and my insurer about my car repair, but after it was resolved the service provided by DLG was superb. They came to pick up my car, delivered the courtesy car and had it repaired in a timely manner once they had received the parts. The courtesy car was clean and had premium features, which was a nice touch. Once the repairs were carried out my car was returned, it has been cleaned inside and out, it looked great when I received it back. Great service and I'm glad my insurance company used DLG to have my car repaired.

Not a great experience as I took the morning off work to receive my repaired vehicle back, only to find out my vehicle hasn’t been properly repaired. The sensors at front still not working and sensors still have scratch marks on them and also a scratch mark visible above the number plays on the left so not a great paint job done

DLG AUTO did a great job on repairing my MX5 when they delivered it back to me it looked brand new.

Cannot fault this service, communication was great, timing for pick up and drop off were on time. Standard of work is outstanding and completed earlier than expected. Would highly recommend. My car was also cleaned inside and out on return.
