Absolutely brilliant dentist and dental nurse they are so lovely and make you feel very comfortable. The practice is very clean I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Due to some traumatic dentistry as a child I absolutely hate the dentist and have for many years. Have been a patient at this practice for sometime now and have had to have a couple of procedures, including most recently a root canal, the stuff of my nightmares. I can't recommend the team enough though, they made the whole experience far less daunting, with a great bed side manner and support throughout.

Absolutely AWFUL! The staff are not particularly friendly and their bedside manner is non existent, especially knowing I’m a nervous patient…. About a year ago I had an infection beneath a crown and was referred to a specialist to have it removed and wasn’t even prescribed antibiotics by my dentist. I had to call up and request them!….. A year on I phone explaining I need an emergency appointment as I’m in a lot of pain and get told I have to wait a month! I tried going private but it was too much but from that appt I found out I need a tooth extracting. A tooth previously filled by this surgery because it had come loose and the cavity was now at the nerve. So I explain this to the receptionist and STILL have to wait a month for a ‘check up’ despite me telling them. Then just days before my appt I receive a text message saying ‘sorry’ as they have had to cancel my appt! No courtesy call to apologise, explain and rearrange just ‘sorry’. I’m moving to another surgery. I have never known such appalling service!

Excellent service, visited as an emergency patient, got me in within the hour! Dentist very general! Nurse so caring and kind, practice very clean and tidy!

I have used this practice since it has been open. Mr Bhandal is totally dedicated, as are all his staff. It is a busy practice they all work so hard and are very friendly.Over the years I have left reviews based on personal experience. No one enjoys going to the dentist, I suffer with extreme anxiety, yet with the care and compassion I receive not only from Mr Bhandal personally but also from his wonderful receptionists and dental assistants, it makes it less traumatic.There is a very specific mention to my new dentist Henry. In 25 years I have met some fabulous dentists Henry is definitely one of the best. His manner is exceptional in his ability to make you feel totally in safe hands" calm and reassured. He is a superb dentist and totally committed to his work.I am extremely grateful for the compassion

Dentist. Dental nurse and receptionist all very nice and helpful. Two fillings was very nervous but thay spoke to me all the way through and explained everything to me .Great Dentist and brilliant Dental nurse. Very clean and friendly also professional. I will recommend to all .

I recently had treatment here. The receptionist got me in quickly as i was in pain. The practice was very clean and welcoming. The dentist and nurse were very gentle and caring, explaining all the treatment to you, making you feel at ease! Superb dentist, will return.

Worse dental practice....i would definitely recommend going to the cradley health one. Staff is absolutely rude and definitely felt that she was discriminating against me because i was in a abayah (islamic dress)

Superb dentist! I am a nervous, vulnerable patient, the practice is always very clean and tidy. The dentist is so patient and gentle, explaining everything she is doing, I didnt even feel the needle! The nurse is always smiling, so caring, always reassures you during treatment. Glad ive found a lovely dentist that I can trust.
