Simon was recommended to my by the church group. His name came up several times. We arranged a time and date. He was very punctual which I appreciate. He asked a few questions about my setup. Then within 10 minutes he took apart my old system and installed the Hive system. I was WFH, he work quietly and diligently. Took time to explain the Hive setup (comes in 3 parts) within 90 minutes he was done! The app was easy to install. I asked him several what if..." scenarios which he patiently answered fully and honestly!I also had another issue with my overflow float in my tank (located in the loft) he sorted that out too
