I cannot think of a single bad thing to say about these guys. I live a fair way from Pontypool but had a great buying experience. It was well worth the trip and the site is well kept, tidy and the cars are for the most part exceptionally clean. Jason didn't approach me on the forecourt with pushy sales tactics unlike the majority of places, and waited until I was ready to talk. Any questions I had about the car were answered, and some minor faults were fixed prior to the sale, no issues were had there. Easy buying experience, but it's the after sales where I have been very impressed.Unfortunately after just 7 weeks the water pump on my Z4 failed, breaking other parts too, and when the warranty company wasn't able to cover the full cost of repairs, Lucas of Launceston stepped in and paid the remainder for me. Morally they should I suppose, but I was still surprised with the speed with which that decision was made by them. A quick phone call was all it took.Highly recommended, would buy a car from them again.

Purchased a car from Jason totally over the phone. Asked a local mechanic to check it out and he confirmed it was fine. Unfortunately when the car arrived it was missing its service history. I exchanged many phone calls and emails with Jason who promised over and over to send the history but this never happened. Really disappointed as car is worth less ££ without its history.

Bought my car back in march. Most genuinely nice guys, not pushy and couldn't do enough to answer my questions. Had a slight problem with the car a month after purchasing and they took care of it all straight away for me. Even going out of their way to take me and my little girl home as the car needed to stay overnight. After sales care is completely faultless. Also I must say I love the car!!

Very friendly and helpful, gave me an excellent part exchange price for my car against one of their well prepared and presented used vehicles. I was and still am very pleased with my car purchase from this garage. Will be returning when it's time to change. I travelled 90 miles to buy from this garage and it was time and money well spent.

I have been emailing Rob about the spec of a car to tow my caravan. Over a day,I rang twice and spoke to Rob to confirm I was coming up from Swansea nearly 2 hrs away the next day.I phoned to confirm I was coming to view the car, only to be told someone was coming from Hudersfield and bought a train ticket and to not come to look at the car.I have spent two months looking for particulars to pull a caravan to be told not to come to look at the car.I sent two emails and made two phonecalls confirming I was coming to look at the car before the person from hudersfield.had even phonedI phoned in the morning before the man from Hudersfield.phoned at 6pmSomeone else got there first.Well truely ..I made contact first and intention of buying this car.On the phone Rob argued about the terminology I used to say I was coming to view the car.(Saying I said oh I might coms and see the car.)(!What are you meant to say?)I phoned up and said I will be coming to see the car tommorow.But apparently I said might...I might come and see the car...I phoned the caravan club to check if the car would tow, I phoned the insurance company to get insurance.All to be told ..oh no dont come its best not for you to come.Rob did,nt phone me to let me know someone was coming instead of me or email to say the car is gone.I would have driven nearly two hrs to find the car gone.What kind of curtesy is this world coming tooI was all dressed to go and buy my next car to be told , someone had phoned after me and not to botherI am soo glad the universe protected me from buying a car from this garage .Made me cry .Be aware of how you communicate over the phone as things are take literally...big lesson for me....Its still a mans world..A man phoned up and taken more seriouslyHow exactly are you meant to book an appointment,I would have thought, saying you were coming to see the car tommorow is enoughAruging over the phone over a word , is not good vibes, really upset meVery sad to be treated in ths manner ..What is the world coming too...

Just picked up our Mercedes A class and absolutely love it. Jason and Rob are the nicest, most genuine men you will ever meet. Answered all my questions ( I had a lot!), organised service and Mot quickly and kept in touch until the car was ready to be picked up. We traveled an hour from home to look at this car and I’m so glad we did. Would definetly recommend these guys .If your looking for a reasonably priced car look here first.

We were viewing two cars that day (this one first). Jason was very professional about it and gave us enough time to make a decision, there was absolutely no pressure. To top it up, the car we drove to get there broke down and he helped us sort that out - greatly appreciated as it would’ve been a struggle to get it back to town. Will the car serve well, we will definitely be coming back next time.
