Completed a boiler service for them and still yet to receive payment! Had zero contact from them they do not answer phone calls or emails i will be informing customer about the way there company operates and will be advising them to cease all future works with them. Would be interested to hear from other engineers who are still waiting for payments from them so i can put together a list of people they have scammed into doing jobs for them and pass this information onto trading standards and other relevant authorities

Wouldn’t even warrant this company a 1 star if I could avoid it, they DONT pay there engineers do NOT use this company if approached there staff are extremely rude particularly Natalie she spends more time making broken promises than anything, everyone who works for this company should be ashamed, the lady who’s service we done actually lives locally and has decided to cancel her boiler cover purely for their unprofessionalism and rudeness from staff

I had previously executed repairs for this company often at short notice on oil and gas.We had to cease doing repairs as us the engineers attending were not being paid.I chased the debts as there had been no disputes but all correspondence was ignored.I had to commerce court action to recover the money owed to us.If you are thinking of purchasing any services from this company think twice as they take your money and in our experience don't pay their debts.

Extremely unreliable in arranging for callouts; unresponsive emergency number; local engineer neglectful in respect of a vulnerable adult. Also, quoted one price over the telephone and charged another upon attendance

DISGRACEFUL COMPANY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We carried out a Boiler Service and still no payment received despite numerous promises by email and telephone (Natalie). Excuse used was waiting for the managing director to pay. I wish I had seen all these bad reviews before hand. I will be attending the customers property today to explain. How is this company still operating?

I wouldn’t go anywhere near this company they are a cowboy outfit.After attending a breakdown and service in n October I am still waiting for payment.After sending 10 invoices and several calls still no payment.I will be doing weekly posts until full payment has been received.
