Top place for all things plumbing, the staff know what they are on about something the big stores can't get right, also the staff are not kids so they are also courteous you won't get a shrug and a grunt here, never had a bad experience in all of the times I have been here to buy the odd item.

Great customer service from staff on site. I ordered a shower tray and doors. The lady in the showroom assured me it was delivery into the property as I stated I lived in a second floor flat and I was assured this wouldn’t be a issue. So you can imagine my disappointment and frustration when the driver arrived and said it was kerbside only and he would not help me get the stone shower tray and screen doors into the property. I had to call on family to help me get the items into the property.If you drivers aren’t willing to help customers please don’t offer a service that implies they will.Would buy from her again, but I would be sceptical when it comes to the delivery.

The friendly staff gave incredibly helpful advice and they had what I wanted at a decent price. I'd definitely recommend it over the bigger chains because of the expertise and willingness to help you.

Recently had a bathroom refit and sourced all the fittings from Marcliff. First rate supplier, all 1st class fittings and at a great price. Glad we were recommended this place, prices as good if not better than online, and nothing better than having face to face contact. Thanks to Rob & Marcus.

Excellent, friendly customer service. Had exactly what I needed.

The company started out brilliant when we ordered our new bathroom 6 weeks ago. However after paying for said bathroom and telling us our order would be delivered on Monday of this week.. it did not turn up and we had to make urgent calls and it was delivered on Tuesday.. albeit missing a vital element the sink cabinet which is still not delivered nor has come in! Why? When you said it would all be in and ready for our bathroom work starting this week! Update would seem it is down to a supplier of yours failing but still very stressful to sort out. Sally has helped and gives very good customer support! Hopefully our cabinet will arrive! If all the deliveries had been on time and no issues with the cabinet it would be a 5 star service
