Lady in the shop was really lovely and helpful in getting postcards, had been struggling to find ones I like. I collect them so she was really helpful

Great little shop to make your beach visit more fun. Well priced and good range of toys

I bought a doughnut for my son here which had already been blown up and hanging on display. The lady on the day explained that it was new and they blow it up on the day as it looked faded and had marks all over it. The following day we went back as it felt a little deflated and simply asked if we could have a little more air put into the doughnut. There was a different lady, very aggressive and confrontational asking whether I had bought it from them. She went on to argue with me explaining that they do not usually add air as it gets busy. I was the only person there but she went on to put me in my place. “I am telling you for future reference so you do not ask again” Very horrible experience, will definitely not be going there again.

Extortionate prices for simple drinks.

Spent £50 in here and everything fell apart in a day. Took it back for a refund and they tried to argue with me, which is fine. It wasn't one item, it was every item id bought. The manager came and refunded me.

Friendly staff, welcoming and helpful.

Shop was crowded- no signs reminding people to wear a mask (not they should need to be reminded?!) or a certain amount of people allowed in at any one time. Cash only at the ice cream stand which is advised against. I know it was a hot day but I still wore a mask! Am I missing something or don't the COVID-19 rules apply here??
