Usually excellent service and advice. This time however, due to covid I assume, the business hours are reduced and I had to go elsewhere for the wormers. But not taking anything away from the girls there. They are very good.

Good prices and fast delivery, but customer service poor! I ordered same thing twice, by mistake, realized straight away and emailed them to explain and asked to cancel one of the orders please. They did reply but email reply from them was really curt, infact rude and typed in capital letters. I had been polite with them in my emails.I finally got my refund a week later.

Great site, great prices and what ever you order is with you about 47hes later, properly packed and updates by email. Fab, good effort, it's the place for worming tablets for a very large dog. Pets at home is more than twice the price and would involve 3 x the tablet count
