The eclairs and choux baking is an amazing experience! Maud is very kind and friendly and her expertise and passion for baking were evident throughout the class. She explained in details the recipe, gave us tips and provided guidance while we were preparing the pastries. I highly recommend it!

We booked a private choux pastry baking class for my birthday and had such a lovely few hours learning how to make choux buns and éclairs. Maud guided us through the whole process in a really professional way whilst making us feel relaxed and at home. The results were delicious and we can't wait to try the recipes at home.

What a glorious patisserie!This afternoon I met the creator and owner of Mauderne at the Farmers Market on Bishop’s Road in Fulham. Her partner and her partner’s mother were also there making this a wonderful family business.I bought a coffee chocolate tart which was absolutely delicious. Made with the finest ingredients, not too much sugar and delicate French flavours.An absolute must for anyone who loves fine French patisserie.

French Eclairs & Choux Pastry Baking Class- Feb 2023Really fantastic class, I had so much fun and learnt a lot. Maud is a great teacher, getting through a lot in the time available and with a really engaging approach that ensures everyone feels confident. I would definitely recommend and I will hopefully be back soon for another class!

Booked a private macaron class with Maud. Can’t recommend her enough as an option. She had great tips and tricks for making macarons I hadn’t even considered. We all had a great time and felt like we learned a lot.
