Always a 5 star service. Usually very busy so book in advance if you can.

Terrible taxi service. I never had cash . Was told they didn't take card . Was told I'm calling the police. Took my phone of me and refused to return it. I put my head in the window of the car. Taxi driver drove off with me hanging out the car . Refused to return my phone even though I asked to Pay. Terrible customer service . Each time I rang to Psy. Some lady just told me you need to Pay for your taxi then hung up. I then rang the next morning to be told no one knew where my phone was . I explained that I had video evidence of the taxi driver driving off with me hanging out the car and I would be contacting the police to return my phone. As they had no right to keep it as I was paying. They also told the police I had left my phone in the taxi. When they took it from me and drove off . After saying I would contact the police with the video footage. I was then asked to go and collect my phone. Customer service was shocking . So I personally WILL NOT be using saron taxi's again

Very good service said pick up in 15 minute and was on time. Car clean in and out driver was polite and friendly.

They were so helpful and friendly the entire time through my stay. Each person who picked us up was helpful and would organise our next pick up with ease. Easy 5 stars for me

Tried to book a Taxi well in advance. Was informed that a pick up 6 miles away was out of our remit". I was also informed that the fare would be £15. I said that that was absolutely fine. I was then asked that I text my address instead of just saying it over the phone. This I did. I asked (via text) whether they could confirm the booking. I received nothing back. I then courteously telephoned them to inform that I had arranged another taxi firm as they couldn't even text me back

Wouldn't use this taxi service if you've seen the way the drivers are, how the hell any of them passed there tests is beyond me, pulling in and out of junctions with no indication, coming out of them not even looking just hoping for the best a few people I know have nerly had accidents because of there careless driving, a few have been flicked and screamed at while driving.
