With reply to owner below. My phone was never cracked or dropped so don’t know why you are LYING. My phone had black spots from heat damage. You broke my sound in the process of replacing the screen. Think staff need more training as if you look below there plenty of complaints thst you break things when replacing screen. Then you try argue. It’s disgusting service and as I said people should stay clear. You asked me for £50 to fix sound you broke then u discounted it because I will NOT pay that and will be reporting you to trading standards. You scam people who come to you for help, same issue few years ago where you replaced my screen but broke my wifi signal. You’ve also broke peoples battery it’s all over Facebook. I had no issues with sound until I visited you which I proved by showing you a video I took the day before. You’re a liar who pretends you don’t work in Newbury but you are there everyday and then you try blame things on customer. Saying people want things for free. No we just want what we paid for with out extra issues. MY PHONE WAS NEVER DROPPED SO STOP LYING AND MAKING UP STORIES TO FIX YOU NARRATIVE. Been using the same phone for 4-5 weeks now with the black dots. So stop being a greedy liar, takes more courage to just admit you’re wrong. I will be back in store to sort this soon. Stop lying though and making assumptions my phone was never dropped and I never told you it was the black spots were from heat damage

I've called in a few times, for protective cases and replacement screen protectors for my wife and myself. The staff have always been friendly and helpful and the products have always performed as expected.

They sold me a 'used' mobile phone that had actually been broken and (poorly) repaired. It broke again within the guarantee period but they refused to refund my money. Do not buy 2nd hand phones from these guys, they are cowboys.

Genuinely a top service, new battery for my iPhone fitted in impeccable timing and priced very reasonable.Also paired my new air pods and fitted new screen protector.Definitely use this place in future

SCAM!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Charged £70 for replacement screen, they broke the sound on handset when I tried to come back 2 days later he said I needed to pay an extra £50 and that it was already broke. Was not, Is a scam. Happened to me before but I completely forgot (years ago). They replaced a screen and broke the wifi signal. Read the reviews and go by the low ones because these people are telling the truth. He’s rude argues with you that it’s your fault and tries to trick you by receipt, I was in a rush made a mistake by trusting them. They are a scam I think they cherry pick who to do it too. I posted on Facebook got plenty of comments from people saying they did the same thing. He’s argumentative and a LIAR! Don’t go here save yourself the hassle and go to your own manufacturer or someone reputable like timpsons.

They sell faulty goods, only accept cash and have a strange no return policy on speakers but they don't tell you when you buy it, they tell you this 'policy' when you come to return it. Clearly they know what they are selling is faulty.

My boyfriend went in for a phone repair, the backlight on his screen was broken. The guy said he would be done in 30 minutes so we thought well that’s a simple fix except for the fact when he used the speaker we realised the back of the phone was vibrating like crazy and it was making a popping noise. So we went back the next day and he said he’d look at it. Not only when we got it back was the speaker still broken but there was a huge crack on the screen. We ended up debating it with the guy who tried to blame us for the crack by saying we “touched it too hard” and refused to fix the speaker he broke, all while saying we were idiots and didn’t know what we were talking about. He changed the screen free of charge but tried to charge us for a new speaker even though it definitely was not broken before hand. Now when he calls it echos like crazy and is very quiet. We can’t be asked to debate it again since he clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing so now we have to go somewhere else which is going to cost more money. I wouldn’t use this company.

I dropped the phone and the screen cracked. If i could buy a new one i would, so screen replacement seemed like a straightforward thing to do.It was all polite and friendly, the phone was assessed with great attention, all potential defects mentioned to me. There is a seal strip between the screen and the rest of the phone. It was cut without my knowledge (it wasn't part of the initial assessment findings). The glue was applied to seal it back in place and secured with rubber bands. I waited longer for it it to set but part of it detached on the same day.I returned and was told it broke when i originally dropped it, i didn't see it and neither did their own colleague when taking it in for repair. More glue and rubber bands applied. I waited longer than was asked of me before removing the bands. This time i was astonished to see the glow of the screen coming through the edges of the phone. It is unacceptable. I don't think i can trust them to mend this. I feel my phone was better off with the cracked screen and i would still have £70.

Sold me a Bluetooth speaker and it didn’t work and got to no returns was not told T his when I bought it absolute scam

DONT GO HERE. been here twice both times faulty phones back. Most recently went in to fix my screen as it was cracked it was returned to me with very odd lighting nothing like the Apple screen and sometimes the screen not actually responding to where you want to swipe etc. and my back camera and flash completely not working or any any apps with a camera . Went back to ask what happened the same day which they then started accusing me saying it’s my fault and it was when I dropped it. they didn’t do any of their routine checks before they started fixing which they are meant to with a password which they were given . Very unprofessional. And now have an even more broken phone that they wished to ship or somewhere else with them to get further fixed ?£105 was wasted. Very rude and only care for your money (cash too) - every other review you see like this is telling the truth please so somewhere else. Made me very upset in there. And no social skills - he couldn’t even look me in the eye after saying it was all my fault. Very very concerning this place still exists
