My husband placed and paid for our order, cakes, and 2 mains were given to us straight the way and told the rest of the ordered would be brought out to us. 30 minutes later we were still waiting. No apologises were given and when asked if I could have some extra milk for my tea, I was abruptly told to go and sit down. By the time my son got his sandwich the cake which had been given to us straight the way was all hot and nasty. Wouldnt visit again.

Pulled up hoping for a nice hot drink and walk about with the dog. Was greeted with dismissive attitudes and staff were more interested in bad mouthing long stay visitors. Not the kind of background noise I want to be sat listening to, not a relaxing atmosphere

Very friendly and accommodating to my gluten free situation. The food was great and the portion sizes were good. Lovely cakes available too. I would recommend this venue. Also allows dogs inside.

As always, brilliant friendly staff, super food, and pretty good atmosphere. Seeing as it's in the arches of old barracks, the lampshades were totally out of keeping.

Food was delicious, staff are very friendly and welcoming and overall a lovely cafe will visit again when I come back for holidays

This is my second visit for a sneaky icecream and really disappointed this time. My mum had treated me earlier in the month so I thought I’d treat my husband.Today I paid £7 for two, two scoop icecream cones and honestly it is the worst value ever. Served by a young girl who couldn’t have given smaller scoops if she tried. Extremely poor value for money. Not the treat we were expecting.
