Shane contacted me after I posted my job on Bark. He said that he could do it the same day as he was in the area. He went to have a look at the job and quoted £350 which I agreed to. Was not satisfied at all with his work. Took nothing off the height of the trees, only cut what was infringing my neighbours garden and some overhanging at the back. When I contacted him to say that I wasn’t happy he wanted another £350 to come out again to do the job that I had asked for the first time. He was unwilling to compromise and then after much back and forth offered a £50 discounted so wanted £650 to trim the trees on a job that I was initially quoted £350 so would not recommend. Pictures are of below and after and as you can clearly see the height of the trees wasn’t touched and hardly worth the £350 I have paid. Honestly feel robbed.

Hi this is about Carl Bowater:I hired Carl Bowater to do laminate flooring and finish the gardening. Initially we hired him to do laminate flooring and he has done half the jobs and that half he has done it was wrong too. Laminate flooring makes noise and strips falling apart right after he left. Beading has not been installed at all. After he has done half a laminate flooring asked me to transfer money so he is going to hire an equipment to sort out the garden. I advertised the laminate flooring job on rated people for 650£ and he told me I will finish the gardening and laminate flooring form 1100 which I paid all. He robbed us and I am willing to take him to court. Check enclosed attachment photos for money I paid him his text message going to do gardening last night. All round for layers. See you in court I am going to put on social media everywhere you robbed us. Little thief.
