I had my first 'sports massage' with Serena yesterday. My injury was less 'sport' and more tension in numerous areas due to the nature of my job but wow the difference an hour made!Serena showed such great knowledge and understanding and after only a day I'm already feeling so much better. She educated me and gave me stretches to do at home. I couldn't recommend highly enough.

Today I had the most amazing full body sports massage with Serena. Before my appointment, my full body was aching and in pain for a week following doing too much at the gym and shes made me feel brand new! A professional yet friendly experience, she has alot of knowledgeable and really listens to your body to tailor to your needs so that you get the most from your appointment and receive more lasting benefits. It's great value for money and an hour long! She stretched my body at the end too which worked a treat, thank you, I will be coming again xx

As a stubborn male who tells everyone “oh, it’ll be reet” I finally admitted I needed some help, I booked into see Serena for a sports massage.During this time Serena managed to dislodge every knot a sailor knows from my back and shoulders! The lack of pain, the freedom of movement was felt immediatelyI can’t recommend Serena enough, if your reading this, then you need to make an appointment!

Serena is a fabulous sports massage therapist. We always discuss any particular physical problems that might need extra attention. Serena works on all areas of the body. The room is always lovely & warm, the whole experience is great. I sleep well following a massage and also my body feels more relaxed and mobile.

I had a sports massage with Serena for the first time last week and it was a real treat. She was very professional and knowledgeable and gave me some good advice. Her space is lovely, warm and comfortable. The massage was spot on and she has some great accessory tools that she uses. I will definitely be returning!

The best massage I have ever had! Over the last few years I have suffered with specific and general pain and have had lots of physio from various practitioners. Serena asked the right questions to enable her to target the right areas, using the tools and techniques best suited to help alleviate the pain. I would definitely recommend Serena, whether you have a sports injury or just general aches and pains.

Serena is brilliant. She understands my goals and supports my fitness journey all the way. Without her I wouldn’t be able to continue the strength and flexibility training that I put my body through day in day out. Serena is extremely flexible with my appointment slots which is really important to me due to my busy and ever changing work schedule. 100% recommend

I visited Serena today after suffering with a really sore lower back from paddle boarding. I've come away feeling taller & totally relaxed. I could really feel the muscles being working almost like a foam roller but better.
