The Best school in the Ealing Area and beyond. The teachers are amazing, the education second to none. If you want discipline for your children and knowledge they are in a good school for learning, then this is the school.

Absolutely rubbish!!! If you want your child to get bullied send them to this school. You can't even tell a teacher because the teacher wouldn't even handle it properly and if they did they would tell the bullies and pretend to be nice. Unfortunately, the students are very rude that they would get their friends and gang up on you. I have experienced this for several years and have been scared to tell anyone. The education is equally as bad as the students and teachers. I didn't get anything and the teachers would only focus on the students that they like!!! I have moved school because of this and I am very happy!

I am going into my third year at Drayton Manor High School. I wouldnt recommend it because as shown on The One Show, our canteen is in the top 3 most unhygienic school canteens in England". On induction day and open evening they present the school very differently to the reality. Many of the school rules are unfair

As a student, I believe that this school sucks... Look at the hygiene level, 0!! Education is terrible, not recommended.

The school is really bad and only focuses on nothing more than the funding they get, and league tables. Disgusting school. Disgusting teachers.

I went to Drayton Manor from 2005-2011. (Attending the Sixth Form for one year before moving away.)It's difficult to give a truthful review because High school is usually one of the last places to hold fond memories as you grow older. However, I loved my time at Drayton. I was a little misguided for a few years but smart enough to just about scrape by with decent grades. But after hitting year 9 I met two teachers that completely changed my outlook on not just school work but, the way I lived my life.Ms McClean who was my History teacher throughout year 9, 10 and 11.Mr Walcott who was my R.E. teacher throughout year 9, 10 and 11.And of course, it wouldn't be a good review without 3 honourable mentions. My art teacher during year 10 and the first teacher I actually met, he held my hand and took me in the first day of year 7 because I was super scared - Mr Fielder! My head of year who worked really hard to get me through school Mrs Owens and Mr Bannister who was one of the big shots who didn't hate my guts.Overall, the school is pretty good. Baring in mind I left 4 years ago, at that point the facilities were pretty good. The music department definitely needed more funding so if you have a particularly musical child I wouldn't send them here. I am a singer and I found that the only teacher to nurture my talent was in fact my R.E. teacher mentioned above who had passed the class and heard me singing, the music teachers while I was there were all absolutely atrocious. The music department often wasted what little funding they did get by buying Mac computers instead of actual instruments, headphones and proper equipment. Me and a few other sixth form students ended up starting a choir for our community outreach part of sixth form because the music teachers didn't care about what they should have. With young musicians you need to help them, build their confidence and I honestly think if there had been a better music teacher that actually helped the students and held after school activities like we eventually had to - I would have had something positive to put all my energy in to and I wouldn't have caused so much trouble. With every school there are unfair teachers, and usually I am not too bothered because I understand every teacher has their own style/way of doing things. But that does not excuse the outright bullying of the one and only Mr Killan. He made students cry on a regular basis and actually tried to pick a fight with me outside of the school grounds near the bus stop. I had recently left sixth form and my family were packing up to move away. I went to the shops near the school in skinny jeans, converse and a gingham button up 3/4 length sleeved shirt - which is completely acceptable and not provocative in the slightest. Mr Killan saw me and started to shout at me, saying I wasn't representing the school properly and explaining how much of a terrible influence I was on the younger kids because I had my tattoos on show and my face was covered in metal. I then schooled a grown (4 and a half ft) man in front of all his students. Explaining that I was no longer a member of that school and I would do as I please, when I pleased. The school was a stones throw away from my house so often my mother and father would have to put the teachers in their place's because they would scream bloody murder at me for being at the shops after 4:30pm in my uniform - even though I literally lived a street away.Look long story short, if McClean, Walcott, Noon, Maloney, Owens, Bannister and Obie are still there? Your kid will get along just fine at this school. If they've all left? Then God help us all.
