The Spa at Burntwood Court

⭐️ A very warm welcome received from the lady on reception. The spa facilities were fine, it would be great to have some loungers to relax on around the jacuzzi area. I had a wonderful massage with Sam. She was very considerate to my needs and had me falling asleep towards the end! Great job, very relaxing. Thanks for a lovely day ⭐️

There is a hydro spa here that is really great,a must try. Totally loved it.

Fabulous spa treatments! Would highly recommend. The ladies who gave our treatments were amazing, welcoming and friendly. We were shown around, all areas and facilities were relaxing and clean.Reception staff on arrival and upon leaving were lovely and friendly.I would mark down the afternoon tea experience. It wasn't very good, a few crisps, sandwiches and stale desserts. The lady at the bar was not particularly friendly either, insisted a hot drink was included with afternoon tea when the package offered a glass of prosecco each. Ordering two soft drinks also seemed to be an inconvenience.She and a male staff member were shouting across the bar at each other about the kitchen not having the correct number of afternoon teas for the day. Felt awkward.

The most relaxing day I have had in months. Wonderful treatments in beautiful surroundings by lovely, friendly staff. The gym equipment is state of the art and the hydrotherapy pool is just amazing. Fantastic experiance.

We wanted a girlie spa day but we needed disabled access and it was really difficult to find until we found Burntwood. Alison, on reception was brilliant from booking to checking on us before she finished her shift.2 of us had a wonderful relaxing, knot removing massage and 2 hat a refreshing facial with lovely head massage. We will be back!
