Liz has been amazing! Unfortunately despite giving our listing to another agent (as we wanted a single agent to manage our sale and purchase for ease/convenience) we would have loved to let Liz sell our house. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed about the whole process (having never listed a property for sale before). She answered all the questions I had immediately and I would definitely use A&W to sell any future properties, especially if Liz is still working there.

I arranged to view a property and explained that I would be traveling all the way from London where I currently live. Upon arrival to view the property for the agreed time the agent was not there, so after waiting for 10 minutes I called the office and was told that the property had sold the day prior. Although someone did eventually come so that I could still view the property acknowledging their mistake, it was a wasted 4hr 200 mile round trip. This could have all been avoided if they communicated more promptly with me so that I didn't waste my time and resources.

Excellent service from start to finish,Neil was very well mannered and had his facts in line when putting our house on the market, and had a plan of action in place from the start.Had offers after the open day which was accepted,The sale did drag of no fault of the Austin wyatt team but due to solicitors, and this is where they came into their own, if it wasn't for Liz who was overseeing the progress of our sale we would of no doubt pulled out of this and she single handed took control and took a load of weight off of our shoulders and was always coming back when promised with updates even if they didn't seem too important.Hopefully a while until I Need to use them again but wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Liz at Austin & Wyatt has been AMAZING! She has made the journey so smooth, and has been such a pleasure to deal with. She keeps me informed regularly, I never have to chase her and her knowledge and help has been fantastic. I have already recommended her to another friend selling their house and she says the same! I can't praise Neil at austyn and wyatt enough he went over and above what he needed to do and I think if it wasn't for him we still would not have completed until next year again many thanks
