The receptionist saved the day. My key fob decided to stop working whilst I was at the local dentist. I went in hoping for a hero and on this occasion that hero was a fabulous lady. Didn't make me feel silly for not knowing what to do and helped me over and above. She changed the battery for me and showed me how to do it next time. Excellent customer service. Thank you!!

I recently bought a used Renault Zoe from Roxby Renault. The salesman gave me great EV advice, which was great as it was my first EV. Then the car was delivered on time, exactly as described and my car taken in part exchange. Furthermore, the car was delivered fully charged and ready to go. I will definitely consider buying from them again in the future. Fantastic, fuss-free service!

Got a new car from a smaller garage, rather than a big commercial affair hoping for a more personal service.Well, after using them regularly for all servicing, and after they rang me to make a booking for this year I turned up to face a pretty rude guy saying it was impossible" for me to have a service booked. Turns out they'd stopped their service contract with Dacia and couldn't do it. Hadn't had the decency to notify me though so I waste a Friday afternoon getting there. No resemblance of customer service

Four visits and still the problem isn't sorted. Mechanics who don't appear to know what they are doing, Reception staff who either tell you the wrong thing or don't tell you at all, and a Director who won't reply to a complaint letter until you get Renault UK involved. Avoid !!! UPDATE - Westover Renault have recently had the car for 4 days to put right everything that Roxby did wrong, but Phil Clements, Director still won't acknowledge that or offer any compensation for my wasted time.

Very helpful garage they repaired my car after it lost its gears. I arrived at 10am and expected to get it back in a few days but they had it ready in 4 hrs Fantastic
