Terrible experience. Phoned them up the day before to arrange a collection. Gave my address but clearly too hard to follow for them as they didn't turn up. How hard can writing an address down be? Don't recommend and won't be using in future. Found a really reliable company that collected at short notice, found my address with no problems and returned my washing within just a few hours.

Only gave 1 as you can't go any lower!Phoned up on monday to have a quilt picked up to be cleaned was told coming that evening from 4 .30pm to collect,waited ,no one turned up!Rang today at 11am spoke with the same guy ,said he didn't understand why it wasn't collected ,he would speak to the driver and get back to me within 1.5 hours ...its now 5.30pm still no phone call and still no pick up!Terrible service!

Very bad service, We found her totally untrustworthy. The woman who runs this shambles of a so-called business is, in my opinion, totally incompetent, arrogant and very rude. She damaged several of my hotel's bedding and towel items, several more went missing, she denied all of this, refused to reimburse us and so court action is our only choice. She became more and more rude and aggressive and now won't even speak to us on the phone. Disgusting and so unprofessional it is ridiculous. AVOID these clueless amateurs.

I used these for a month, apart from ruining one of my premium sets of bedding which went from blue and grey to blue and pink, (it wasn’t a cheap set at £70) they obviously washed it with the red sheets. I had pillow cases still dirty, quilt covers and sheets that looked like they had been dragged across a dirty floor, baring in mind our hotel is mostly newly refurbished and cleaned everyday, I let them know about what they ruined, and what they didn’t clean properly, I never got an apology, or an offer to rectify, and so I stopped using them.

We have had a great service from his company. We have just started using them, but the gentleman on the end of the phone was absolutely fantastic and also the service and what we got from money was also great will highly recommend and will continue to use.

Great service and kind to unreliable new elderly customer. I contacted them because I needed a service to dry sheets and bedding, also as unable to iron well myself. The Gentleman there was patient and very easy going. I Have tried many laundrettes but cannot use any just for drying. Thank you lynn for offering a brilliant service and for being patient.

Polite young man who opened the laundrette at 10am on Sunday 29/10. Very helpful and professional. Lots of machines 'out of use' so very few to choose from so worth arriving at opening time to be first in the queue.

Excellent job! The only laundrette locally that can make my clothes smell fresh, they fold and they pick up and drop off. I sort all of the colours myself and leave instructions - followed to a T. Thank you ☺️ Jade
