I think they need to retrain their staff on how to take a customers order properly, today went in and I asked to go large. I was charged for a large 50p and then charged a further 1.70+ for my fanta orange. If they can't take an order properly, its about time burger king gives the customer a machine to place their order.Your getting as bad as KFC in Balloo, who's staff have no idea that there is a large option. If you cannot sort this out from happening again, I will start to make my own burgers in future rather than buying one from the foodcourt at bloomfields.

Ordered Uber Eats. Only half my order came. I had to drive to the restaurant, leaving my guest behind. Delivery paid for wasted. By the time I actually got what I ordered it was cold. Complete waste of money.

It's not what a Burger King should be like the burger and chips were cold the roll was if it had been lying out it was hard the manager at Bloomfield should visit the one at the Holywood exchange and see the way a Burger King should be run and the quality of the food is top notch I wont be back to the Bloomfield one food poisoning is on the cards

Ordered a few burgers in the restaurant and the worker who took my order took it upon himself to laugh at the amount of burgers i ordered with someone he was working with, if i didn’t have anxiety ordering food before i definitely do now, disgusting behaviour

Staff very friendly one in particular always has a smile (lucy) I think is the name can't beat an xl bacon double cheeseburger
