Have used this amazing business over the years-previously situated i Market Place. The guy who runs the bizz is unique, never fails to offer help where others have refused or can't be bothered. Watch repairs, key cutting and other challenging jobs. Atmosphere is relaxed and light, non-pushy and friendly. Has helped me out in many tight situations. Pay him a visit, it's like going back to the days when customers were king. You will never go anywhere else.

Botched job on our watch. We needed the battery replaced and they just jammed a wrong sized battery inside, and just slammed it shut. Caused the mechanisms inside to fail and essentially made a broken watch even worse. They then proceeded to charge us £20.00 for it as well. Ridiculous, overprice, and a horrible job. Avoid this place at all costs for any watch repairs.

A very rude lady behind the counter.. didn’t even let me explain what I wanted and told me to get out the shop. No customer service. She said she will give me a price for the watches I gave her, once she called to give me a price and I said leave it as I wasn’t happy with the price. I went to collect my watches and they end up doing the work and expected to pay. I bargained to come to common price, however very very rude!!

Brilliant, friendly and so helpful. Can’t praise this shop enough. The only watch shop who would look at my digital watch and they fixed it same day. Will be recommending to all!

Went in today to have a new battery fitted and the bracelet adjusted. Very friendly and helpful pleasent independent business. Well worth supporting.

Very poor service. No follow up calls for status update and in the end got charged for unrepaired clock after 3 weeks

Fantastic service, the watch specialist here has over 15 years experience dealing with all high end watches. He fixed mine for a quarter of the price Timpsons or Goldsmiths is wanted. Thanks again and I will be using them always going forward.

Always receive top class service from Parvis every time I visit the shop. He always has a welcoming smile on his face, is highly skilled and knowledgeable and is always able to change my watch battery for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend!

A con man! Don't make the same mistake I made, went to him to replace the clasp of my watch and he literally bent it using a pliar and charged me the cost of the new clasp. Offered £19.99 to replace the battery which Timpson's replaced for £17.99.

Avoid, Please do not take your watch to these people. I recently took my watch into them to replace the battery. This initially took a week, I returned to be told the existing battery was fine however they told me it was working and charged me £20. After 30 minutes the watch stopped. I was unable return that day as the shop was now closed. I called to report the watch wasn't working and was told to wait until they opened the new unit in the market. I returned last week handed the watch back in and later received a call to say it was the mechanism and they wanted a further £70 which I wasn't prepared to pay. The next day returned to collect my watch and refund as technically they have done nothing. The money was thrown at me and the woman was extremely rude. I have since gone to a professional to be told not only have they lost some screws in the case but have stolen the battery from it. In my eyes that is theft.I have spoken to other local people who have also confirmed the poor reputation they carry. So please go elsewhere as they clearly have no idea what they are doing. Not to mention stealing.
