Brilliant, we had a lovely holiday to Great Yarmouth. The taxi driver who picked us and delivered us back home was friendly and helpful. A really nice man. The coach driver to was also friendly and helpful. The office staff were really good. The coach was very clean( brand new) and comfortable. The hotel was really good with lovely staff. The rooms were clean.The trips out were really good and interesting. We will be travelling with the company again soon.

Office staff very helpful and friendly. Travelled on a day trip by coach; driver ok, but organisation of day not good. I chose seats on booking, but on boarding coach I was told to 'sit anywhere.' It would appear that passengers boarding at earlier points decided they would override other passengers bookings.

I would like to thank you all for a lovely holiday at the Palace Hotel.Michelle your driver gave us excellent information and made my granddaughters 10th birthday one for her to remember in future. She's a credit to the company. The staff at the Palace Hotel l would like to thank for the lovely birthday cake - the manager and restaurant staff certainly made our holiday very memorable.

Just used Avacab for the first time for airport return Monday 10th July. What a brilliant experience! Arrived on time, lovely driver, very friendly and professional. Lovely clean and comfortable car. Was waiting for us on our return, what more can you ask for. Thank you Avacab, will be using you in September again.

Fantastic time away on the 'Festivities on the English Riviera'. From pick up at home (although a little late due to traffic which is understandable) to the main travel down. Our coach driver Michelle has been great throughout - friendly, approachable and a credit to the company...nothing has been too much. Her fun attitude has made the holiday and more like her are needed in the trade. My daughter's birthday was in the middle of the week and a present from Michelle and all at Ava travel, a cake in the hotel requested through Ava and all the staff singing Happy Birthday" made it all the more special and one she'll remember for a long time to come. Can't wait for our next holiday. Keep up the good work Ava Travel."

Just returning from Alpine Quartet and Lake Constance tour. We have had a very enjoyable time. It’s been well organised and our driver, Andy, has been exceptional, having to deal with difficult situations calmly and skillfully. The excursions have been enjoyable and interesting. The hotel was friendly and clean although the evening meals were a little unimaginative.All round a really enjoyable experience and I would travel with Ava again and would recommend them to family and friends!

Not happy..I was not told a taxi would pick us up, one I have to say was very difficult to enter. The driver was very good. On the way home the taxi driver was given the wrong destination, ie Horwich instead of Bolton. He was very good about the change of direction. The narrow boat was nothing like the one demonstrated in your brochure. VERY uncomfortable as well. The coach driver, Martyn, was brilliant and made everyone feel happy & comfortable. Llangollen was beautiful as was the aqueduct.

Fab holiday travelling with my husband, we had lots of experiences and opportunities to stop and explore, take lots of photos and have refreshments. Andy our driver was very helpful, calm when faced with closed roads and traffic problems. He ensured we had our itinerary for each day which was displayed in writing at the hotel reception.Our destinations were beautiful, we enjoyed the views, chocolate tasting and wine tastings, great fun. Our comfort was in Andy’s thoughts and stops were made as necessary.The only negative was the evening meals at Feldkirch Hotel which lacked imagination.I would travel with AVA again and also recommend them to my family and friends

Bus driver (Rob) was great - friendly and helpful. And skilled loading the abundant luggage.The bus needed repair. Several seats would not sit up causing stress for the seat occupant and for the rider behind. Also trays were broken - hanging in your lap and collapsing if you try to use them.

Having been on a number of coach tours over the last few years my husband & I decided to book with Ava Travel for the 1st time & went to Nolfolk last week. The organisation was impressive with Phil & staff bending over backwards to accomodate our needs. The whole experience was very enjoyable, a lovely comfortable coach, nice group of traveller's , the hotel Holiday Inn Norwich was lovely- as was the food. However it was Chris, our driver who made the trip. He was efficient, caring , friendly, & funny with a repertoire of corney jokes which made us all laugh. After a long journey back to Leyland being transported home by taxi was the icing on the cake. We will definitely be booking with Ava travel again. Thank you.
