I recently spent time on a course run by Zaheer from Adept Ergonomics and all I can say is what a brilliant informative training session, Zaheer does not only run through the DSE training but he takes his time with you and he makes sure that you fully understand the benefits of DSE training and how it can benefit others. After being in the office supplies industry for over 12 years this course will not only enable me to help my customers use their workstation correctly but also help me advise and be more knowledgeable to the customer's requirements. I fully recommend you take one of Zaheers courses.

I recently had a DSE training course that was presented by Zaheer. The course was informative and engaging and the content was presented using a balance of professionalism and just the right amount of humour . I benefited massively from the course and I'm sure the way it was presented played a large part in that .I would not hesitate to recommend Zaheer and Adept Ergonomics .

My son, Paul, and I attended a course run by Zaheer in Birmingham on 24th July and found it informative and professional. The survey sheets served as a great aide memoir for the points raised on the course and should be a positive aid for customers health and safety files as well as a record to show any enquirer that they have carried out proper reviews of their employees rights.
