Ryan and the team at CDF are fantastic! They've converted my basement from a damp unusable space to an incredible fully soundproofed music studio and I couldn't be happier. It was a huge job with a lot of work including digging out the basement to create a really impressive ceiling height, putting in new concrete floors, rerouting and replacing the plumbing and electricity and building two soundproofed rooms with a kitchenette. I've been consistently impressed with the team's attention to detail and communication throughout this process and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for basement conversions. This project is a real dream come true for me and i'm really glad that CDF were the team to build it for me.

You won’t find a better basement renovation company out there. The work they do is amazing. Puts value on your house by making more space. Would highly recommend.
