Advertised as open Sunday til 4pm. Drove there after seeing an ad in the paper and no sign whatsoever of it being open. Not impressed. Will not be driving back

Went in store for a price on a marble fire surround,said he would come out and measure up didnt even have decentsee to contact us back,so wont be going there in near future ,wouldnt reccomended to any body.

Ordered a fireplace back in March and within 3 days of ordering they was able to come out to fit. Really professional and super helpful couldn’t recommend enough

Pleased with fire but disappointed to find my surround had been scratched and they didn't say, only noticed after they left right on the front too.

Very friendly shop, very knowledgeable staff, good service, good range, had exactly the highly efficient and clean burning wood stove I was after. Haven't visited the Widnes branch yet but I believe that they have a lot more stock to look at too, so worth calling in to either branches. Recommended A*
