very poor company , ordered a cylinder to fill my gun, paid for next day delivery, after 6 days i recived a email saying it had been dispatched, after 2 days it did not turn up. contacted company, to then be told they didnt have any in stock and would refund me. why advitse them in stock on web and why not contact me the next day to say they didnt have any. not impressed

Ordered a catapult, the money was taken out off my account the next day , it is now 4 weeks later and I have still not received my catapult . I have emailed the company four times without any response . What a shower , I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole

Ordered air rifle pellets I have a rat pest control job on ordered them on Monday paid for next day but today is Friday and still nothing emailed twice now but nothing back from company they take my money for delivery but don't send anything out will definitely not use again really bad customer service was well pleased I found them as well but a only a let down they did come in the end. Four days late not worth £9 next day delivery when you think of it you pay for next day delivery and it come four days later have they just sent it normal delivery????????
