Excellent experience of using the Walmley Branch of Green & Company. Friendly helpful and professional service from start to finish. After a bad experience with a different agent it was great to have such a positive and professional experience with Greens and would definitely recommend.

Friendly and professional service from the Estate Agents. Everyone that I dealt was was polite, courteous and helpful. I had never sold a property previously, Green and Company made it easy from start to finish. If I ever sell another property I would not hesitate in using them again.

They promptly and comprehensively answered our questions and asked advice from other members of the Walmley team. I have had the best experience with the Green & Co, Walmley Office. My flat was not selling and Mark contacted me again after I had gone with alternative estate agents initially. Mark had no issues with coming on board as a second estate agent and it was sold in under two weeks. They were quick, efficient, I was able to contact them whenever I needed to. The whole process was smooth and uncomplicated. I had support and advice along the way.I was especially happy with the friendly and supportive nature of the team involved. Hillary was involved at completion stage and talked me through things and supported me when I was quite emotional about leaving my flat and moving away from Birmingham for a new life in Devon!!….helping me to process the emotions involved in a house move. We got there in the end. In the space of 11 months our house was only really on the market for less than 3 weeks. Green & Co definately helped with the footfall.
