Make you pay for damages that you haven't caused. WiFi was out for over month before it was fixed. Communication is non existent unless they need money off you. Beware of this company hence why they only got 3.5/5 stars, that should've been my first red flag.Five star reviews are fake, pretty obvious as they love the mention James who is never to help you, man has some sort of God complex. My experience was more comparable with 1 star - 3 star reviews which are the real reviews here.

Good employees in general but the management is extremely greedy with the deposit. A whole month with no hot water, over 2 weeks with no heating mid winter yet they never hesitated to claim a hefty portion from the deposit

Would highly recommend renting with Eagle Estate Agents. High quality rooms. My room was clean, modern and well presented. I was able to bring my own furniture which was very important for me. Rent was a fair price and staff were incredible helpful when I came to view and everything was done quickly and efficiently when I agreed to take the room. Once I had left they gave me tips on what I needed to clean to a high quality to be able to get a full deposit refund, this is unlike most estate agents as they would usually try and take something from your deposit, so I was incredibly impressed with this. Very happy with the service and I always recommend to people.

Thank you for an amazing service. Would highly recommend renting rooms with this company. My room was super clean and well presented! This makes relaxing after work so much better when you live in a room which has a homely feel. The attention to detail is another level and I love showing off my new place to friends and family. Rent was a good price and staff were incredible helpful. Highly recommend!
