i had been suffering with knee problems and as my husband had been to see Vis and was very happy with the outcome ,i also went to see Vis.He is a great physiotherapist,very knowledgable and explained the problem very simply and clearly for me. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to everyone

Vis saw me very promptly after I had severe back pain . He explained everything clearly and recommended a series of treatments which have really helped me . He also advise exercises to do to keep my back healthy. Would highly recommend him .

I was experiencing some discomfort and tightness around my hips and I sought out a physiotherapist. I chose Vis based on the excellent reviews left by other customers and his credentials. My experience with Vis was positive, he is very professional and courteous with a depth of knowledge, especially related to my complaint. Vis advised acupuncture - it was my first experience with acupuncture but Vis talked it through very clearly. I only had three acupuncture sessions with Vis and, alongside the home stretching he advises, I have seen a huge improvement in the original discomfort and flexibility!I have already been recommending Vis to my friends and colleagues. I was very nervous, but instantly put at ease. After receiving a 6 week course of acupuncture I have now got a lot of relief from back pain. Would give Four Oaks Physio top marks.

I had been suffering with lower back pain for about 6 - 8 weeks, after visiting Vis for 3 appointments and an exercise plan my back is a lot better and pain free most of the time. It is painful at times if I don’t sit upright or drive for long periods of time.

Wow! Found Vis on google when my mum who suffers from dementia, living in a care home became almost bedbound. She was in tears every time she moved with the pain in her back/side. X-rays showed degeneration and doctors had given up on improving her situation. Having always been a lively active person she became depressed and expressed thoughts of not wanting to carry on. On her first appointment Vis examined her - explained that with her bones manipulation was not an option. He suggested acupuncture- having always been a cynic of alternative medicines I decided there was nothing to lose.Immediate results !!! 3 weeks later Vis told us there is nothing else he needs to do - she showed Vis yesterday how good her back was by jumping up and down in glee. She informed us that she was not going to retire after all (she believes she is a member of staff at the home) and decided that she needs to take Vis home with her!A huge thank you to an amazing man who gave my mum her life back and her family their mum/ grandmother back. She is now racing around the home organising everyone and loving her life.The care home have nicknamed Vis - Miracle Man - in my eyes that is what he is.Thank you

Vis is an excellent and very skilled physio. When I first visited Four Oaks physio I was in crippling pain . I was gently ushered into the physio room and in no time Vis had identified my problem and started working on it.He would explain each and every stage and always made sure I was comfortable. I must say I was very skeptical about acupuncture ,but just my first session with Vis convinced me otherwise.. Thanks to Vis I was back to work just after 4 sessions.. Vis is a very friendly and gentle soul packed with a lot of knowledge and professionalsm ...VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE..

I was in complete spasm with sacroiliac and severe back pain, and was seen on a Sunday as I was so uncomfortable.The treatment of manipulation and acupuncture was explained and exercises given, as I was able to do more, more exercises were given.I had never had acupuncture for my long term back issues, but I found that thistreatment program worked well and would recommend it.

I received excellent treatment and follow up advice from Vis at Four Oaks Physio for muscle stiffness and pain in my neck. I had 3 acupuncture treatments which were very successful. I would highly recommend treatment at this practice .
