I was asked to pickup a vehicle from here whilst I was in the area. I pressed a button to gain entry onto there property through some electric gates, I made my way to reception and just explained I was here to pick up a vehicle for my company. I waited five minutes for someone to get the keys and direct me to where the vehicle was parked. Once at the vehicle I checked it over and then made my way to the exit. Wasn't there long enough to pass comment sorry.

Took truck to normal place in Oldham who had it for two days and couldn't sort it out and said one thing then another. Ended up at F&G who sorted out in 1 morning. Great job.

Worst service ever!!! I picked up my wagon this morning and you know what? The grease is even on the fridge !!!On the steering wheel, fridge, doors, seat, handrails! (I have a photos)This is a good time to send photos to the main office in Hollandand show them how you treat customers!

Came to pick our truck up from here ,after giving relevant info to receptionist I was then left standing at the counter for about 40 minutes with no explanation of what was happening.. ' Victoria on the desk was not a very helpful person at all. And that's being polite...."

Not sure if somebody had died but F me! Miserable bunch! They talk about who's going to serve u as if you aren't stood there infront of them! Got passed from pillar to post because 'I'm busy and I don't have time to serve this person' whilst stood at a photocopier, wouldn't mind the part was ordered I was just picking it up to pay. Not ONE smile in there, Not even on a Friday!! Won't be stepping foot in there again, most awkward 10 minutes of my life. Nice way to feel when you're spending money in there.

Warranty repairs are a misunderstanding. You stand and wait until the next day for repairs. Mechanics do not use seat covers. They improvise that they repair the vehicle, and it is not repaired as a result. 5 minutes equals two hours. Attention!!! waste of time.
