absolutely love this place!! the staff is so kind and gentle and their brown sugar bubble tea is probably the best i've had yet!! i have tried the japanese matcha milk and it did not dissapoint, will def be trying more! their variety is the most unique i've seen yet. The portion sizes are generous and they even sell some cute hand made goodies at the front of the store, probably my favourite place to go to and i always bring friends along~ cheaper than most places that are local to the galleries. such a hidden gem ♡ they even have student and nhs staff discount !!

The best milk tea in Bristol. Taste like proper milk tea. I always order Mizusawa milk tea with cheese foam and it is always great! I recommend you whoever read this.. get cheese foam as topping and you won’t regret it.

We try a lot of bubble teas, and today it was Mizusawa’s turn.First of all, the customer service really stands out, the staff were extremely kind and took your order with a big smile.Second, the Price was very reasonable and I liked that the tapioca were included in my Brown Sugar Milk Tea.Flavour and Quality were also very good.

In my view, the best bubble tea in town. Bubble tea prices are getting out of control though. In some places are non-sense. Please keep your prices sensible.

Delicious Bubble Milk Tea! Was my first trip to Mizusawa, and was not disappointed. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Were able to tell me what was gluten-free and the drinks were delicious. Definitely worth a visit if you're passingHad 2 Hong Kong Milk Tea, with Tapioca . Standard sugar (50%) and less ice (25%). Think slightly more sugar would have been good but was still delicious.

I've been here twice as I really like this one. Out of all the boba shops in Bristol Mizusawa has some of the coolest combos (blue agean sea pictured below was a favourite) and they offer student discount. Not the cheapest but definitely the best in my opinion.

Very friendly staff and great selection of traditional and modern bubble teas. They have classics like thai/hongkong/matcha teas but also so great flavours like Lime Bomb and Aegean Blue (made with honey and butterpea). It is my go to place for Bubble tea in Bristol as I find the other places either too expensive, not traditional enough or not friendly enough.They are very accommodating to tastes. I always have less Ice and practically no sugar (or Maybe just a tiny bit). The staff go above and beyond to give you the sweetness you ask for!There are options of tapioca and jelly but also chia seeds if you wish to go for a healthier option!They also let you use your own reusable cups as long as they are 500ml or 700ml. It's great we can be encouraged to be eco friendly.

The bubble has got very nice bounce in every bite… kind of al-dente/ QQ的! … The brown sugar syrup is gloriously sweet and fragrant… I went for 100% sweetness with my order because it was supposed to be a sugary treat and the brown sugar bubble tea with an extra of cheese foam was really satisfying!I love this shop… it’s clean, it’s bright, no massive complicated menu yet enough… Staff/ owner friendly and courteous too!… I know where I can go in order to fix my bubble tea craving now!
