Landlords be warned!!! . Amazing on sign up in , but sold my tenancy not long after on to Purple Bricks 2020, (NOT 2017 as they say) and due to massive incompetence, gross negligence I'm thousands out of pocket and having to start legal recourse and ombudsman complaint to recover as all they have done is offer a thinly veiled apology despite admitting to their mistakes. I'm not an inexperienced landlord, and chose this branch because I thought they were the best and I could relax and trust them to manage my interests. Big mistake!

I recently sold my flat through Ball & Percival, with completion happening last week. They are a very professional and well established company. Everyone is friendly and keen to assist. They did an excellent job in arranging viewings for my flat and taking people out when I was at work, and they kept me up to date regularly with developments. Their financial advisor Roy has also done a lot of work to get me sorted out with a mortgage for my ongoing sale, so I would definitely go first to Ball & Percival for any future property transactions.

Selling my house through B&P was a really bad experience. Unless your property will bring them significant commission they’re not interested. Lisa gave me really poor advice which resulted in me losing money on my house.

After staff at Ball and Percival sorted out their different messages all is going smoothly so far. It is hard to give a complete opinion as we are at the early stages of my sale. A better opinion can be given when the sale is complete, but so far, so good.
