Lucy pierced the ears of both of my daughters and I cannot recommend her enough. She was incredibly professional and put them both at ease. In addition she went above and beyond to help us when my daughters earring fell out due to an accident caused by my daughter!

Discovered Pure-Elegance Wallingford on a walk round the block about 7 years ago and have been a loyal customer ever since. There is no reason not to be - fantastic service and wonderful results whether it be brighter or glowing skin, relaxed muscles or fabulous nails. They always get it right and can sense whether you are just there to zone out or have a right good chinwag. Love you ladies.

I have used Lucy for both ear piercing and beauty treatments and she is lovely, such a super treatment room and area and she makes you feel at home as soon as you arrive. Would highly recommend.

Pure Elegance
Had a lovely experience today at Pure elegance. Treated my five year to a clean and nail polish and also had her ears pierced. The salon was beautiful and very clean. Lucy was so kind and patient with her and everything went wonderfully. Will definitely be returning soon for a facial and treatment.

I would go no where else. All the therapists are friendly, accommodating to individual needs and have a good knowledge base of all the products and treatments they practise. I am some what of a perfectionist, and feel that what ever treatment i have recieved has met my level of perfection. I HIGHLY reccomend Pure Elegance.

I was given a gift voucher for my first sessions.I was Made to feel very welcome by the staff,who are polite, friendly & very professional i would recommend this salon to everyone who likes a bit of pampering!
