Always a really nice Pizza, but 2 hours to deliver tonight, and this after numerous calls to chase up my order. If they can't make the estimated time, should just be honest, instead of excuses. If they can't meet demand, should just be honest about it.

Used to love it but it's gone downhill massively, it must be under new management cos I've never had food taste that bad in all the years I've used them.Thought I'd give them benefit of doubt cos my last order wasn't nice eitherThis one took 2 hours to come,i had to ring up 3 times to chase my order then the driver rang me cos he couldn't find meI asked him if it'd changed owners cos I've never had a problem before but anyway the food !The chips had been without a doubt warmed up,overdone dry and barely warmThe bolognese burger was vile,all ya could taste was greaseTotal waste of time and money and I'll never ever have anything from here again..The End.

Food was ordered on a Friday night at 9.30 after a football match so we we all starving, told it would be an hour which is reasonable I guess but when food still nowhere at 1hour 10 I rung the shop because it was getting late and my kids had not eaten. The food turned up 5 minutes later lovely and fresh. Pizzas, beautiful, my youngest son enjoyed his nuggets which says a lot from him because he's very fussy. We even had some pizzas on for breakfast this morning. Thanks Chattas, keep up the good work and you will have got yourselves a couple of regulars x

We've used Chattas for years, the last 2 orders have both been wrong. 1st wrong order took around 2 hrs to arrive and was incorrect, it then took another 45 minutes to be corrected.Tonight (Sunday), parts on the order were missed and a kebab was wrong,after 8 mins on the phone complaining, the missed parts were redelivered, which again wasn't correct.Phoned up again and the 'manager ' was a completely unprofessional and told me i was wrong, they had done what I'd asked.Unfortunately after years of loving this place, we'll have to find another 'decent' kebab house.

Ordered food at 6.30,meant to arrive at 7.40 food arrived at 8.20 stone cold. Got cheesey chips the cheese had not even been melted, and the burgers was all greasy, rang up to complain they didn't want to know....Will never order again
