TD Building

Where do I start - we have had TD building and Maintenance carry out projects for us on 3 different occasions and really couldn’t recommend them enough. Firstly we had brick built flower bed designed and built , second we decide to open plan our downstairs resulting in major demolition and steel works, last but not least we have had the waste of space dark and dinghy loft, transformed into a lovely bedroom and en-suite. The loft didn’t get off too a good start which had them Working through some major storms once the roof was removed from our house, with everything against them they were prompt, clean and very professional even during heavy rain and winds on the scaffolding trying to make our home water tight. The whole project was well organised and planned to the very high standard even down to the last hinge, this reduced any concerns we had. Daniel was very professional and always made sure we understood all that was happening and always left the house safe and clean, he was well trusted and even fed our cat when we left them for our 2 week Easter holidays. We had a range of different workmen in our home and Daniel was always around to make sure that we’re carrying out there duties properly and to the plans, also always tidy up after them. The loft turned out beautifully, since them leaving and completing we had a few concerns from building control with plans changing but they always were on top of this and had them all sorted and signed off in next to no time. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again for our next project which would be a porch and downstairs toilet. Honestly would not hesitate to use them again. Level of work speaks for itself but the detail to which they go is second to none and shows the level of pride they have in their work. The whole team were easy to have around but special mention to Dan and Tony who were a pleasure. Communication was faultless, at every stage of the build we would be kept updated and any issues were spoken through and consideration to our needs were given. Never an issue to have around and couldn’t have felt more at ease in there presence. Couldn’t recommend enough.

We have had a range of work completed on our house recently and can 100% recommend TD Building & Maintenance LTD (in fact, we used them after a recommendation from a friend). The work included knocking down a wall, plastering, removal of a chimney, pitched and flat roofing work, new guttering, soffits and fascias, new external cladding and a new street door. Dan listened to our requirements and then kept us informed of everything with very regular communication. All work has been completed to a very high standard and we are extremely pleased with the results. It has been great finding a local builder who takes pride in their work and we will absolutely be using TD Building & Maintenance for our future home projects. Thanks again Dan.

TD Building: Dan and his Dad Tony are both very professional and conscientious workers. Dan worked with us from start to finish to ensure the extension that we got was just what we wanted. He handled all the building paperwork and regulations/inspections and ordered the materials. Dan made sure that we were happy with the choice and colour of materials upfront, such as the bricks and roof tiles. The work that was performed was of a very high standard and Dan is a very conscientious worker and always cleaned up each day, even to the point when the cement was being delivered he hosed down the road. Dan has great skilled team that he calls upon for brickwork, electrics, plumbing, plastering etc. The finish of the extension and the front was exactly how we wanted it and if we wanted additional work not originally discussed, Dan was very amenable.The overall communication was great and Dan was very responsive. Both Dan and Tony are lovely people and great characters. We would highly recommend TD Building and did not have any issues with the building and the quality and would not hesitate to use them again for any future building work.
