Highly recommend! Rene was professional, friendly, and I feel great after my sports massage treatment. She used the perfect amount of pressure especially on the tight muscles.

Rene was very friendly and knowledgeable. She did a fantastic job of helping me with my old shoulder injury, used the right pressure in the massage and gave me exercises to help aid recovery. The location is convenient and facilities very clean. Rene created a lovely relaxing and welcoming atmosphere and I would definitely return again.

Rene’s full body MOT (sports massage) is consistent excellent and I e taken many over the years.I come back monthly and it significantly improves my body’s functioning as I try to keep fit as my body ages!I would 100% recommend Rene’s services to others.

Fantastic service from Rene! From my first appointment, Rene was very thorough and professional, asking me a lot of questions, and looking at my posture. She gave me aftercare advice with stretches to do in between massages, which I really appreciated, and can tell she cares about helping her clients sort their body issues out. The pressure was fantastic, the heated bed is a bonus and the times offered from Rene are very flexible – she's even been able to fit me in on extremely short notice. I will 100% be booking again.

Rene counseled with me prior to beginning, looked at my posture and movement through certain stretches and poses, and then we began the massage. Treatment included cupping, deep tissue work and use of a massage gun to help increase circulation to the troublesome areas.When the massage was over, Rene gave me stretches to incorporate into my daily routines to help with troublesome areas. Honestly, I'd recommend visiting Rene over going to a physio.Thorough. Professional. Worth every minute. And I plan on going back soon!

I Had a 90 minute sports massage this afternoon with Rene after neglecting my body for too long. I’m a competitive crossfitter through that I have a lot of issues with tension and mobility. Rene listened to exactly what I need and gave me an assessment before the massage and was very clear on what to expect throughout the session. Her knowledge on anatomy is beyond any other massage therapists I’ve been to before and her studio is clean, spacious and incredibly welcoming and relaxing. Absolutely fantastic value for money and will be returning again in the future! Jay
