Just had my first appointment at the salon with a new hairstylist and loved every bit of my experience. Absolutely cannot recommend this salon enough. The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming and I will definitely be coming back

I go to have my nails done on a regular basis. The team are welcoming and really friendly. The manger always acknowledges me and engages in a conversation with me, which definitely shows she is grateful for my business.Lee who does my nails is amazing, she is very caring and attentive. Lee will check at each stage you are happy with what she is doing and is happy to rectify/ change if needs be.The team will always ask if you are happy with your treatment before taking payment which I think is a lovely touch.I would highly recommend this place to anyone thinking of visiting it.

I had some filler into my nose to help with symmetry as I have a cleft lip. I was previously turned away from another practitioner, elsewhere because my nose is cleft. However, this lovely lady took the time to see what she COULD DO instead of what she could not, with a more complex client.She knew her stuff!! And she made me feel comfortable. Also, I really appreciate people that don’t shy away and tiptoe around peoples imperfections. She was honest and genuine with what she could do. I was SO pleased!!! I came away happy and returned for a little more 2 weeks later. Small differences matter!I’ll definitely be back for future top-ups. Thank you, lovely!!!

Avoid!!!!! Went in for a balayage and all was going well, hair looked lovely with the wash cut and blow dry and it had been styled nicely. After looking at my hair thoroughly when I got home my hair looked like it had ginger streaks in it, nothing like a balayage which was what I had asked for. Manager was very adamant it was what I had asked for as I had asked for the balayage to be blended a bit higher up she also ‘slipped’ up and said I’d asked for highlights - which I completely did not. After going into complain the manager was extremely rude and so was the hair dresser who they put me on the phone to. I was told they would either tone my hair again for free or refund me £30 to get it done somewhere else. Came back the following day for a refund and the manager refused a refund which she had promised and insisted I was wrong and told my dad who came in with me that he can’t tell as he’s a bloke. She threatened to put proof of me telling the hair dresser I loved it at the time on Instagram and the CCTV recordings on social media if I said anything online. Avoid at all costs management is awful. Don’t go get your hair done here!! Not worth £145 for a balayage!!! Owner does not know the first thing about customer service. After spending £145 on a treatment you’d expect a lot better. Feel free to put the cctv footage online it’s illegal to do that anyways. How can you own a business and have such awful customer service skills.

I had jaw fillers done and I am obsessed she did such a fantastic job also was very detailed with what she was doing. She made me feel relaxed and chilled.I deffo will be going back. My face looks so good it’s unreal. The salon is nicely presented staff are all welcoming also I did not know this area existed such a cute area.

I have been to the salon numerous of times… i have had my hair coloured highlighted… i have had my nails done every three weeks from gel shellac and acrylics and have always been happy with the service. My hair i absolutely loved and i will not go to no other place anymore… it is nice to have a hair and beauty salon in Hamilton… i had a facial today and Holly was so good, I actually fell asleep cause it was so relaxing… the salon is clean professional and the staff make you feel so welcomed… I would recommend to all my family and friends!! Me and mum love havin a paper session with you all x Raj x

Amazing location great customer service. The owner showed me around the salon cant wait to book in for a massage with sauna experience! Love that they give out loyalty card too :D I had shellac nails and I am so pleased I highly recommend.

I booked in for a cut and colour with Karen today and I had the best blow dry EVER! My colour was perfectly blended and I wasn't left with any brassiness at all.I am very paranoid when it comes to my hair because it's taken me so long to grow it to a length that I like. You know how some hairdressers will say they'll just do a trim and end up cutting off inches, this is not that place! When I told the hairdresser that my length is important to me, she dry cut my hair so that I could see exactly what was coming off. I felt comfortable and she was so gentle with a brush too, not yanking at me at any point.The head massage was AMAZING!!!! I would've have happily paid an extra £10 for it to last half an hour!The hairdresser is clearly so talented and what is so lovely, is that she is humble with it too. No request was too big and I know that I can be fussy when it comes to my hair!A 5 star experience and I will definitely be booking with Karen again. Thank you!
