Firstly, can I say they got the job done, they did exactly what they said they would do in their emails. They were thorough in their communications and their packaging of the repair was good. However...it took such a long time, 3 months from start to finish that involved a strict procedure of instructions for sending the item. Once sent, they photo'd the item as it arrived, then informed it would go on a waiting list to be diagnosed, once diagnosed onto another waiting list for the parts arrival, then another wait for the job to be done, all with payment being made at the start. Then I was informed that although the item, an amplifier was working, it needed more work doing. At this point I said no, send it back, which they did within a few days. Sorry, but wont be using them again.

It was very easy to report the issue with my amplifier, book it in for repair and dispatch the item to Get It Fixed. They kept me informed at each stage, from receipt of the item, diagnostics and even advised me on an improvement to another component which they found to be faulty. I accepted this additional offer of repair. My amplifier is sounding better than ever. I will definitely use this company again, should the need arise and recommend to others.

Rega Elicit R repair with replacement RCA terminals and capacitor. Everything working fine and amplifier sounds great. Recommend using the express service option when booking. Post Office delivery was fine and free. Packaging on return to me was safe and secure. So, good job all round.

I found GetItFixed on Google.My enquiry was answered within the hour.An estimated repair bill was given as my B&W Zeppelin had a common fault.A prepaid Royal Mail label was emailed to me. Dropped it off at the Post office. Easy.It was repaired quickly and an invoice was emailed to me. There was also a further repair suggested ( capacitors) while it was on the bench for a further fee. I agreed, and the unit was delivered back to my house within 2 days. Repair and parts guaranteed for 3 months.My Zeppelin speaker sounds better than ever.Very pleased with the service from GetItFixed.Would certainly recommend.

Absolutely ridiculous services, my headphone's sound on both sides are unbalance and paid nearly £100 for repairing. After receiving and testing, it is still not yet completely fixed and made another side increasingly not stable to function, I sent email and even direct called them, all in vain, what a joke of services offered. Utter scammer

Had a DAB digital radio repaired. All very easy. emailed a quote, which I accepted, printed off a pre-paid label, packaged up the radio and sent it off. duly received confirmation off its safe arrival. along with pictures of all aspects of the radio. A timescale for the repair was given, along with the option of upgrading to a premium (i.e. faster) service, which I declined.Payment made by bank transfer . Once the radio was again working, a further minor fault was identified with an option to have it fixed, which I chose to do. A further bank transfer and the radio was dispatched by parcel force and duly returned.Overall a good, positive outcome.Pros: Excellent communication and work completed within the timescale given. Additional, minor optional work identified and completed.Cons: work cost slightly more than I anticipated due to additional optional work that I agreed to, and cost of postage and packing which I had not factored in.Overall a good company to do business with. Would I use again? Definitely!

Very slow, taken around 3 months to get my board fixed. Had to keep phoning to see what was happening. One time I phoned they had issue locating my board. When I finally got it back it was repaired and more was do e so grateful for that. Have not tried to see if works yet tho. One other thing is that the repair was not done in the uk. It had been sent to China. When I got it back the packaging was a mess. I have to wait to see of works. Hope it is OK looks good.
