Rude, and unhelpful. Neglected to get back to us about the day. And then after taking our money didn't get back about replacing the part.

I read the good reviews on here and was eager to use these guys, thinking my Washer would be fixed or condemned in no time. However I was really disappointed with the service. Chris came out to my house almost an hour later than planned, these things happen I suppose. He said I needed a new part and he'd get back to me tomorrow with a price. I didn't hear anything. I rang later that day and was told hed ring me back in 10 minutes. Again I heard nothing. I called back past the shop a week later and asked again and was told he would call me back in 10 minutes. Again heard nothing. It's a massive inconvience having small children and no washer so I really needed this job doing quick, or an answer at least. Instead I felt like I was a burden and he weren't really too bothered about the job and a customer shouldn't be made to feel that way. I'm very disappointed with my experience using these guys.

Had two washing machine faults with a couple days, came out quickly to both repairs and a decent price, would recommend

This place is bad and would not recommend anyone to go there. I went with my Dyson hoover which kept on cutting out on me. I took it down to down to the shop he said he would have a look at it for me and get back to me with a price on how much it would cost to repair in about 2 days and he would be in touch with me by phone. as he was apparently busy. So I was ok with this. I heard nothing so on the 3rd day I paid a visit for me to find my hoover dismantled and was told it would me about £150 for me to repair it as it needed a new pull cord and service. To be honest I was completely shocked and said no as I could buy a completely brand or even a reconditioned on for the price quoted. When I said he simply but it all in a dustbin bag and handed it back to me. I was to be frank quit p**sed off. I took it back and went to staly vacs in stalybrige. They were more than happy to help. The guy quoted me £20 for a 2nd pull cord or £55 for a new one. We also discovered that Chris didn’t return my hoover filters. So not only did I get my hoover returned dismantled it was also missing parts. Staly vacs had no problems giving me a new on at a small cost of £5. Staly vacs repaired my hoover within 30 minutes at a very small price of £35. This price included parts and labour. I am sat there thinking how on earth does Chris the vac repairs quote me £150 and staly vacs quote me £35. That’s a saving of a £115. I don’t understand where Chris is getting his prices from but I felt he was trying to mug me off. My Dyson hoover is working wonders now no thanks to Chris the vac repairs. I would not even give this place one star but due to google you have to. 0⭐️s for customer service 0 ⭐️s price. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go there again. Got a problem with a Hoover take a 10 minute trip to stalybridge to Staly Vacs they are very efficient and very well priced. The staff are very honest and are more than happy to help.

Went to enquire about a washer machine. He had other customers waiting to be surved. He was ignorant and rude with the customer . A man asked him if he would help him with a product on his the owners stall. The owner said u will all have to wait five mins i have this to do. Talk about rude to customer. The man was shocked when the owner said he was available to help but then changed his mind. I thought so i need a item and thats his attitude towards customers .well he aint getting my money if thats how he treats me and other customers. And i thought that shop owners want money and customers. Wow. I went elsewhere and was welcomed and i got washer machine that day and delivered.

Excellent service and highly recommend. I rang Chris just before 11am regarding my broken washer/dryer, by 4:30 pm it was fixed. Very respectful of the Covid situation too. Thank you so much.

I found Chris very helpful I only called for a Dyson Filter. He was very pleasant will definitely return

Phoned up as my dryer wasn't drying. After he got the make off me he told me what the most likely problem was and how to fix it! (it involved taking the top off and having a push of a fuse. Top fella! Will definitely be using the fellow for some paid service at the next opportunity :D.Can't recommend enough!

I rang and booked an appointment - had to wait 5 days as said they were busy. My dryer was squealing. I rang on the day to check what time they were coming as I had booked the day of work. I was told to get someone else - they weren't coming! Terrible way to treat people.
