Green Meadows Country Park

We stayed for 3 nights in the Lakeview VIP pet friendly lodge. It was really nice inside, situated on a quiet part of the park with lovely views. The location was fab, just off the motorway. The hot tub was great and enclosed patio was just what we needed for our dog. There were a few crumbs on the floors and in kitchen cupboards when we arrived, this didn't bother us and was on the whole quite clean. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking to come back next year.

Simply Brilliant!!We had an amazing stay, the hot tub was by far the highlight! Rooms where very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for our basic cooking needs.Best advice for anybody wanting to stay here… research your stay, check google maps and have reasonable expectations.We will most definitely stay here again.

Lovely for a relaxing get away and perfect if you have a dog.Nothing on site but we knew this when we booked so if you want somewhere with entertainment and shops this isn't the place. Few mins drive away are shops and restaurants if you want to go out. The hot tubs are perfect for chilling out in after a days walking

We had a wonderful stay here at green meadows .We were welcomed by lovely friendly people . The lodge was cleaned to a very high standard and was very well equipped .Great location for the Lake District or heading up north to Scotland .Hot Tub was lovely and relaxing , I would highly recommend this quiet, picturesque park.Great dog walking field too !We will be back !

This claims to be a 5* park with luxury 5* lodges. This is NOT a 5* park and the lodges are nothing more than modern versions of static caravans. Please see review on Tripadvisor for further info. Do not just rely on photographs. This park is unfinished and certainly not luxury with tatty old static caravans and mobile homes on site also. Don't waste your money.

Holiday home was very well presented. Very clean and tidy. Very modern. Hot tub was very good.Pet friendly, as we took our two dogs with us and they loved it too. The staff were so lovely, was there if we needed anything and were happy to help!The hot tub, was very clean. Kept its heat well! The chlorine dispenser ran out of tablets and within an hour of requesting more the staff came and put more in. Private hot tub.There was a dishwasher with tablets provided, a washing up sponge with dish soap if you needed/ wanted to hand wash anything. All very well stocked with cutlery, utensils, pots and pans. All the kitchen appliances were clean and ready to use.The grounds itself were neat and tidy, very pretty to sit out on the patio area and look out, there’s a nice water feature which was so nice at night as it changed colours.The main bedroom was lovely. The bed was very comfy. The robe and slippers were a very nice touch!Staff were always on site, and were always contactable if needed.Green meadows were recommended by family members. Highly highly recommend coming. Carlisle town centre only 5 minute drive away, very handy.

Great location just on the edge of the nearby Carlisle and a stones throw from the Scottish border and Hadrian’s wall. Fantastic location, clean lodges and just a really quiet place to spend a week away from the hustle and bustle of London.

We stayed for 3 nights in the Lakewood VIP. Lodge was modern, clean and well equipped. Plenty of towels, crockery etc - and the bath robes for the hot tub (which we used rain or shine) were a bonus! Wi-fi and smart TV great addition for entertainment. Grounds are clean and well kept. Location wise, you’re no more than 50 minutes away from Keswick and in the local area there’s no shortage of pubs, shops and amenities. We’d happily stay here again.

Part of a Bouja Luxury Boutique collection... I THINK NOT.. We returned from this place on Monday and could not wait to get away. We got there Friday the 13th and I must say, aesthetically, the caravans look pleasing to the eye but once inside, they are very dirty. Cobwebs in places, dirty floors, hairs all over the carpets, and the major smell of dog urine as well. It was not a pleasant smell upon entering the caravan. We totally understand we went into a pet-friendly caravan but you would expect the place to have a clean before the next guests. The kitchen was a disgrace, with hardly any basic utensils. The cooker looked as if it had not been cleaned in months. The toaster still had crumbs in which had gone mouldy. No glasses to drink from, chipped plates, dirty plates and chipped wine glasses (That was all that was supplied) The cabinets pretty much falling off, and the heating was not on so it was freezing! Bedding stained, carpets stained, sofas stained. No basic cleaning was done at all which is very clear. Spoke to Hoseasons which surprise, they felt the images attached were acceptable and the park was unable to do anything but blame their cleaners. We did get some money back from the park but Hoseasons won't do anything. We told them we would leave and go home it was that bad but was told that is our decision and they would still not give our money back! NOT a Luxury Boutique collection at all! BE VERY AWARE!

Peaceful, rural site with spacious very modern caravans. Pet friendly with a huge enclosed onsite dog field. Free Wifi and Netflix available on the smart TV. All essentials included e.g Coffee/tea/sugar, cleaning supplies, toilet roll, towels and dressing gowns/slippers. We particularly liked the private decking (dogs cant see out which stops them barking at passers by) where the Hot Tub is, this was the perfect addition!
