Perfect for dumping rubbish but having to climb steps to access the skips is just plain poor, lazy design. Can't fault the staff just the city council!

Staff are polite, friendly, and very helpful. The center, itself, is well kept and well managed; it also surprisingly allows for the recycling of many unexpected items, such as car and cooking oil. Lastly, appointments were easy to make online and COVID mitigation measures were properly in place. Highly recommend this place!

Efficient arrival booking system. Friendly staff helped off load a heavy item as the dump was not overly busy. Be prepared that moving the vehicle is not allowed so be able to cary all items to where ever needed across the site.

The online booking system introduced after the pandemic began was mildly irritating to begin with. When one was used to just going to the dump when you needed to, and suddenly you had to decipher the online system, make a booking and then (usually) wait for two or three days was, as I said, a bit of a nuisance. But having got used to it, I'm now completely in favour of it. You rarely have to wait, the staff are relaxed and helpful, and of course it's as Covid-safe as anything can be.

Very helpful staff and well organised. You drive in, then reverse towards the containers you wish to use. This enables you to unload your vehicle quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended, and all councils should adopt this parallel unloading approach, rather than liner queues.

Very helpful staff. Makes more sense to load up and unload from the back of your vehicle, as parking is both limited and relatively tight.

Brilliant. The boys are just so very helpful. As we all load our cars, boxes and bags up far too full with rubbish they are always kind and helpful. It beats fly tipping every time!!! Thank you so much Gary, Mitch Ivan and the team who have helped my wife unload.

All back to normal now. No booking needing. Drive up and get directed to a parking space. Helpful staff, I’ve never not been able to drop something off. You just need to find out where it goes.
