I purchased my wedding dress from elite bridal Castleford and they were nothing but accommodation to me!I found out I was pregnant after buying the dress before my first fitting and everything was perfect. They didn't alter to much to allow bump growth and I had my final fitting one week before the wedding to make sure everything was perfect.I had sleeves added onto my dress and due to a miscommunication they weren't what I was expecting them to be when I first when to see them. After some tears the seamstress sat and spoke with me until we both understood what I wanted and fixed the problem straight away. I am obsessed with my dress and couldn't have imagined getting married in anything else. Highly recommend.

I paid for VIP experience for myself and my bridal party, and it did not disappoint! The girls at the shop were all amazing, even when I wanted to try on 10 thousand dresses! Could not thank elite bridal enough! Definitely recommend the VIP experience.

Came here to shop for bridesmaides dresses. It is such a beautiful shop. It's a shame that all the sizes in the style and colours we liked weren't available, but I know that's not the shop assistants fault! There was a lovely lady working there, she was new actually and recently married herself. She was very kind, helped us as much as she could, and listened to all of our ideas. We didn't end up buying a dress here, had the correct ones been in we might have, but sadly not this time. I'd absolutely love to work here though! All the team seems lovely, but the one who was the most helpful was the new lady.

I visited Elite Bridal Castleford this weekend, the first time dress shopping for me! From the minute we stepped through the doors to leaving was brilliant, well looked after, the place was stunning! Jodie sat us down as we had the VIP package, explained everything, helped, advised, did everything she could to help me even in the changing rooms haha! Just an amazing experience all round and bonus I said yes to the dress with my bridesmaid by my side and my mum. I can't wait to receive my dress and roll on the big day!

Came here for our daughter's wedding dress. The guy who helped my daughter out was so very helpful. He made us feel so welcome and made my daughter feel so relaxed. As a bride to be she tried dresses galore and wow some beautiful dresses. I would certainly recommend this company at Castleford.Can't wait now for the big day to see our daughter walking down the aisle.

I have a lovely time choosing my wedding dress. I was made to feel really comfortable and nothing was too much trouble.I was never pushed to buy anything and everything was done with customer experience in mind.My advisor was like having my best friend with me and showerd me with compliments and made me feel like a beautiful bride to be. Would recommend to everyone.

Where to start. I don’t really have the words to explain how wonderful this bridal studio is. From first visit to 5th visit, they were all just so amazing. I am terrible with names, so I can’t mention everyone, but every single person that we saw was amazing. The selection of dresses is incredible, and all at a really great value. The studio itself is bright, clean and a great temperature for trying on dresses. I bought my dress on visit one, but a week later I had a bit of a wobble so mum and I went back. The person we saw was so amazing at talking to me and reassuring me that whatever concerns I had, the seamstress would be able to sort it. She helped tuck bits in and show the actual shape and reminded me why I loved it in the first place. Third visit/first fitting was a small nightmare, as I’d put on a small amount of weight, so the dress was painfully tight. It was also during the heatwave we had – so I collapsed on the floor in the studio. Everyone was spot on. Someone gave me their mars bar and a drink, helped cover me up after stripping me off on the floor, let me stay as long as I needed, and filled out an accident report. I didn’t feel embarrassed or unsafe, just generally really looked after. 2nd fitting, my glasses broke while getting undressed, so someone bodged them together with a paper clip for me. The seamstress is amazing, and somehow managed to decipher what on earth I was going on about, as I knew how I wanted the dress to look but couldn’t quite articulate this! I think the team are glad to see the back of me to be honest! Mum and I want to say thank you a thousand times, and we have already made the decision we will be coming back when/if my sister gets engaged! Thank you again, Amy C x

This place is amazing nothing to much trouble for them. I even got my questions answered too, They even did wedding dresses in black in different styles not just the odd one or two. Plus I was able to sort out a payment plan too which was great has can pay so much of each month and they give you that plan too so you know when and how much too. Would really recommend this place to any bride who wants a wedding dress.

Loved my whole experience here, staff very friendly and accommodating, as a bigger bride I was worried how I would feel but the staff made me feel very at ease. Large range of dresses at affordable prices, would definitely recommend!
