Found the staff abrupt and rude. Personal experience and opinion of their services is well below average. Took far too long to do fairly straight forward tasks, until the bill was required. Ended up using other local solicitors who acted quick and got the job done. Gotelees could do with an injection of customer service training and perhaps a dose of expectation setting, whilst not making jokes during sensitive and serious matters (I won't elaborate on this one as I will make a formal complaint to the SRA) . I'm sure they will spend more time coming up with a defense case on this than they did helping our family try and solve or at least give us answers to our case.Very expensive mediators with rude staff.
